أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيْتَةً فَهِيَ لَهُ، وَلَيْسَ لِعِرْقِ ظَالِمٍ حَقٌّ» .

Malik told us, from Hisham, on the authority of his father: that the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “Whoever revives a dead land, and it is not for him.
