قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ فِي كِتَابِهِ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَقْطَعَ الزُّبَيْرَ أَرْضًا وَأَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَقْطَعَ الْعَقِيقَ أَجْمَعَ، وَقَالَ: أَيْنَ الْمُسْتَقْطِعُونَ؟ وَالْعَقِيقُ قَرِيبٌ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الطَّعَامِ وَالشَّرَابِ وَعِمَارَةِ الأَرْضِينَ مِمَّا لَمْ يَسْمَعِ الرَّبِيعُ مِنَ الشَّافِعِيِّ.

Shafie said in his book: Tell us the son Uyaynah, Hisham from his father: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him cut Zubair land and that Umar ibn al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him cut the whole garnet, said: Where Almstqton?
