أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حَنِيفٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: أَشُكُّ، أَقَالَهُ مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، أَوْ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَخَالِدِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ أَنَّهُمَا دَخَلا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْتَ مَيْمُونَةَ فَأُتِيَ بِضَبٍّ مَحْنُوذٍ، فَأَهْوَى إِلَيْهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ بَعْضُ النِّسْوَةِ الَّلاتِي فِي بَيْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ: أَخْبَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَا يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ، فَقَالُوا لَهُ: إِنَّهُ ضَبٌّ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، فَرَفَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَهُ. فَقُلْتُ: أَحَرَامٌ هُوَ؟ قَالَ: «لا، وَلَكِنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ بِأَرْضِ قَوْمِي، فَأَجِدُنِي أَعَافُهُ» . قَالَ خَالِدٌ: فَاجْتَرَرْتُهُ فَأَكَلْتُهُ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْظُرُ. أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1512
