قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: وَالَّذِي يُرْوَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي إِحْلالِ ذَبَائِحِهِمْ إِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عِكْرِمَةَ، أَخْبَرَنِيهِ ابْنُ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيِّ وَابْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ ثَوْرٍ الدِّيلِيِّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ ذَبْحِ نَصَارَى الْعَرَبِ، فَقَالَ قَوْلا حَكَى هُوَ إِحْلالُهَا، وَتَلا: {وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ} [المائدة: 51] وَلَكِنَّ صَاحِبَنَا سَكَتَ عَنِ اسْمِ عِكْرِمَةَ، وَثَوْرٌ لَمْ يَلْقَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْجِزْيَةِ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّيْدِ وَالذَّبَائِحِ، وَالرَّابِعَ وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ السَّيْرِ عَلَى سِيَرِ الْوَاقِدِيِّ.

Shafei said, which was narrated from Ibn Abbas in bringing their sacrifices, but it is from modern Ikrima, Okhbernih son Darorda and the son of Abu Yahya, from ox Daily, Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas: that he was asked about the slaughter of Arab Christians, said the word speaks is replaced, and read: {He who takes care of you among them, it is from them} [Al-Ma'idah: 51], but our companions kept quiet about the name of Ikrimah, and a bull that did not meet a son. He brought the first out of the tribute book, and the second and the third from the book of hunting and sacrifices, and the fourth and fifth from the Book of Serab.
