Hadith 1544

I heard the spring say: I heard al-Shafi’i say, and he is protesting in the memory of the intoxicant, and the words have been advanced, no more, no more, no more. If he said: it is permissible. It was said. So you saw if he went out and the wind hit him and he became drunk, so if he said: He is forbidden, then say to him: Do you see something that is too hot to drink? Al-Shafi’i said: There is not much intoxication, but a few are forbidden.
