أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ عَبْدًا لَهُ سَرَقَ وَهُوَ آبِقٌ، فَأَبَى سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْعَاصِ أَنْ يَقْطَعَهُ فَأَمَرَ بِهِ ابْنُ عُمَرَ فَقُطِعَتْ يَدُهُ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.

Malik told us, on the authority of Nafi ', on the authority of Ibn Omar: that Abdullah had stolen and he was more persistent, so Saeed bin Ibn Al-Aas said to Abi Mut. The two hadiths were included in the book of the difference of Malik and al-Shafi’i.
