أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ: «أَنَّ نَاقَةً لِلْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ دَخَلَتْ حَائِطًا لِقَوْمٍ، فَأَفْسَدَتْ فِيهِ فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى أَهْلِ الأَمْوَالِ حِفْظَهَا بِالنَّهَارِ، وَمَا أَفْسَدَتِ الْمَوَاشِي بِاللَّيْلِ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ عَلَى أَهْلِهَا»

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1691

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Malik ibn Anas, Ibn Shihab from haram bin Saad bin Mahash: «the camel of Bara bin celibate entered the wall for a people who, perverting in which he judged the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him on the people of the money saved during the day, and Cattle are spoiled at night, as they are the guarantor of their people.

Sanad

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ:
