أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِبَعْضِ مَنْ يُنَاظِرُهُ قَالَ: فَقُلْتُ لَهُ: رَوَى الثَّقَفِيُّ، وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ. أَخْرَجَ الْعَشَرَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ، وَهِيَ أَوَّلُ مَا فِيهِ وَالْحَادِي عَشَرَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الأُسَارَى والْغُلُولِ وَهُوَ آخِرُ مَا فِيهِ.

Tell us Shafei: he said to some of the parallels said, I said to him, narrated Althagafi, a confidence from Jafar ibn Muhammad, from his father, Jaber: that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and spent the right hand with the witness. He took the ten hadiths from the book of oaths with the witness, which is the first of what is in it, and the eleven are from the Book of Assoor and idleness.
