أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، قَالَ: سُبِيَتِ امْرَأَةٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ وَكَانَتِ النَّاقَةُ قَدْ أُصِيبَتْ قَبْلَهَا.قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: كَأَنَّهُ يَعْنِي نَاقَةَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لأَنَّ آخِرَ الْحَدِيثِ يَدُلُّ عَلَى ذَلِكَ، قَالَ عِمْرَانُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ: فَكَانَتْ تَكُونُ فِيهِمْ فَكَانُوا يَجِيئُونَ بِالنَّعَمِ إِلَيْهِمْ، فَانْفَلَتَتْ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ مِنَ الْوَثَاقِ فَأَتَتِ الإِبِلَ، فَجَعَلَتْ كُلَّمَا أَتَتْ بَعِيرًا مِنْهَا فَمَسَّتْهُ رَغَا، فَتَتَرْكُهُ حَتَّى أَتَتْ تِلْكَ النَّاقَةَ فَمَسَّتْهَا فَلَمْ تَرْغُ، وَهِيَ نَاقَةٌ هَدِرَةٌ، فَقَعَدَتْ فِي عَجُزِهَا، ثُمَّ صَاحَتْ بِهَا، فَانْطَلَقَتْ، فَطُلِبَتْ مِنْ لَيْلَتِهَا، فَلَمْ يُقْدَرْ عَلَيْهَا، فَجَعَلَتْ للَّهِ عَلَيْهَا إِنْ أَنْجَاهَا اللَّهُ عَلَيْهَا لَتَنْحَرَنَّهَا، فَلَمَّا قَدِمَتِ الْمَدِينَةَ عَرَفُوا النَّاقَةَ، وَقَالُوا: نَاقَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: إِنَّهَا قَدْ جَعَلَتْ عَلَيْهَا إِنْ أَنْجَاهَا اللَّهُ عَلَيْهَا لَتَنْحَرَنَّهَا، فَقَالُوا: وَاللَّهِ لا تَنْحِرِيهَا حَتَّى نُؤْذِنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَتَوْهُ فَأَخْبَرُوهُ: أَنَّ فُلانَةَ قَدْ جَاءَتْ عَلَى نَاقَتِكَ، وَإِنَّهَا قَدْ جَعَلَتْ للَّهِ عَلَيْهَا إِنْ أَنْجَاهَا اللَّهُ عَلَيْهَا لَتَنْحَرَنَّهَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ! بِئْسَمَا جَزَتْهَا أَنْ أَنْجَاهَا اللَّهُ لَتَنْحَرَنَّهَا لا وَفَاءَ لِنَذْرٍ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ، وَلا وَفَاءَ لِنَذْرٍ فِيمَا لا يَمْلِكُ الْعَبْدُ أَوْ قَالَ: ابْنُ آدَمَ ".
