أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، وَعَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ،عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ: أَنَّ قَوْمًا أَغَارُوا فَأَصَابُوا امْرَأَةً مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ وَنَاقَةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكَانَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ وَالنَّاقَةُ عِنْدَهُمْ ثُمَّ انْفَلَتَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ فَرَكِبَتِ النَّاقَةَ فَأَتَتِ الْمَدِينَةَ فَعُرِفَتْ نَاقَةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّي نَذَرْتُ لأَنْ أَنْجَانِيَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهَا لأَنْحَرَنَّهَا فَمَنَعُوهَا أَنْ تَنْحَرَهَا حَتَّى يَذْكُرُوا ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «بِئْسَمَا جَزَيْتِهَا أَنْ نَجَّاكِ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهَا أَنْ تَنْحَرِيهَا لا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ وَلا فِيمَا لا يَمْلِكُ ابْنُ آدَمَ» .وَقَالا مَعًا أَوْ أَحَدُهُمَا فِي الْحَدِيثِ وَأَخَذَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَاقَتَهُ.أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الأُسَارَى وَالْغُلُولِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ السَّيْرِ عَلَى الْوَاقِدِيِّ.
