أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ: أَنَّ طَارِقَ بْنَ الْمُرَقَّعِ أَعْتَقَ أَهْلَ أَبْيَاتٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ سَوَائِبَ، فَانْقَلَعُوا عَنْ بِضْعَةَ عَشَرَ أَلْفًا، فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ لِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَدْفَعَ إِلَى طَارِقٍ، أَوْ وَرَثَةِ طَارِقٍ أَنَا شَكَكْتُ فِي الْحَدِيثِ هَكَذَا.أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ جِرَاحِ الْعَمْدِ، وَهُوَ آخِرُ حَدِيثٍ فِيهِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ صِفَةِ أَمْرِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَهُوَ آخِرُ حَدِيثٍ فِيهِ.
