أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ فِي إِرْسَالِ الْوَلائِدِ يُوطَأْنَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1200
Malik told us, on the authority of Nafia, on the authority of Safiye the daughter of Abi Ubayd, on the authority of Omar, on the authority of the children of the children, that is similar to the authority of Ibn Hathid on the authority of Ibn Hadith. The two hadiths were included in the book of the difference of Malik and al-Shafi’i.
