أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِيَاسِ بْنِ الْبُكَيْرِ، قَالَ: طَلَّقَ رَجُلٌ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلاثًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا ثُمَّ بَدَا لَهُ أَنْ يَنْكِحَهَا فَجَاءَ يَسْتَفْتِي فَذَهَبْتُ مَعَهُ أَسْأَلُ لَهُ فَسَأَلَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ وَعَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالا: لا نَرَى أَنْ تَنْكِحَهَا حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَكَ، قَالَ: إِنَّمَا كَانَ طَلاقِي إِيَّاهَا وَاحِدَةً. فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: إِنَّكَ أَرْسَلْتَ مِنْ يَدِكَ مَا كَانَ لَكَ مِنْ فَضْلٍ. فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: إِنَّكَ أَرْسَلْتَ مِنْ يَدِكَ مَا كَانَ لَكَ مِنْ فَضْلٍ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1250

Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman bin Thawbaan, Mohammed bin Illes bin Bakar, said: divorced man his wife three times before it enters, and then seemed to him to marry came to seek rulings. I went with him to ask him, I asked Abu Huraira and Abdullah bin Abbas On that, they said: We do not see that she should marry her until she marries someone other than you. He said: My divorce was only one. Ibn Abbas said: You sent from your hand the best of what you had. Ibn Abbas said: You sent from your hand the best of what you had.
