أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: لَيْسَ لِلْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا نَفَقَةٌ، حَسْبُهَا الْمِيرَاثُ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرِّسَالَةِ، وَإِلَى آخِرِ الرَّابِعِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْعِدَدِ.
