حَدَّثَنِي سُرَيْجٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادٌ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مِثْلَهُ

it was narrated from 'Arm- bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Prophet (PBUH) drew up a covenant between the Muhajireen and Ansar: "They will pay their diyah and ransom their prisoners on the basis of the kindness and justice common among the Muslims.”
