حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ قَتَادَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَسَّانَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الظُّهْرَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ ثُمَّ أُتِيَ بِبَدَنَتِهِ فَأَشْعَرَ صَفْحَةَ سَنَامِهَا الْأَيْمَنِ ثُمَّ سَلَتَ الدَّمَ عَنْهَا ثُمَّ قَلَّدَهَا نَعْلَيْنِ ثُمَّ أُتِيَ بِرَاحِلَتِهِ فَلَمَّا قَعَدَ عَلَيْهَا وَاسْتَوَتْ بِهِ عَلَى الْبَيْدَاءِ أَهَلَّ بِالْحَجِّ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 2528
It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Abbas (RA) said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) prayed Zulu in Dhul-Hulaifah, then his sacrificial animal was brought to hitn and he cut the right side of its hump, then he wiped the blood from it, then he garlanded it with two sandals. Then his mount was brought to him and when he sat on it and it rose up with him at al- Baida', he entered ihram for Hajj.
