حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَيْرُ يَوْمٍ تَجْتَمِعُونَ فِيهِ سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ وَتِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ وَإِحْدَى وَعِشْرِينَ وَقَالَ وَمَا مَرَرْتُ بِمَلَإٍ مِنْ الْمَلَائِكَةِ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِي إِلَّا قَالُوا عَلَيْكَ بِالْحِجَامَةِ يَا مُحَمَّدُ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 3316
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) said: "The best days on which to be treated with cupping are the seventeenth, the nineteenth and the twenty-first.” And he said: "I never passed by any group of angels on the night on which I was taken on the Night journey but they said: You should adhere to treatment with cupping, O Muhammad.”
