حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تُبَاشِرْ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَتَنْعَتُهَا لِزَوْجِهَا أَوْ تَصِفُهَا لِزَوْجِهَا أَوْ لِلرَّجُلِ كَأَنَّهُ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهَا وَإِذَا كَانَ ثَلَاثَةٌ فَلَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ صَاحِبِهِمَا فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يَحْزُنُهُ وَمَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ كَاذِبًا لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ أَخِيهِ أَوْ قَالَ مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ قَالَ فَسَمِعَ الْأَشْعَثُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ يُحَدِّثُ هَذَا فَقَالَ فِيَّ قَالَ ذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَفِي رَجُلٍ اخْتَصَمْنَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بِئْرٍ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 4395
It was narrated that Ibn Mas'ood said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "No woman should look at another one so that she can then describe her to her husband (in such detail) that it is as if he is looking at her." And "If you are three, two should not converse (privately) to the exclusion of their companion, because that makes him sad." And "Whoever swears an oath falsely in order to usurp the wealth of his brother - or the wealth of a Muslim - will meet Allah (PBUH) when He is angry with him" al-Ash'ath ibn Qays heard Ibn Mas'ood narrate this, and he said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said that concerning me and another man; we referred a dispute concerning a well to the Prophet (PBUH).
