حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُتَلَقَّى السِّلَعُ حَتَّى تَدْخُلَ الْأَسْوَاقَ

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) forbade intercepting trade goods (when they are coming from outside the city) until they reach the markets.
