حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 5306
It was narrated from Ibn Umar that the Prophet (PBUH) said: "Whoever sells date palms that have been pollinated, the produce belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."
