حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ حُجْرَةِ عَائِشَةَ يَقُولُ يُنْصَبُ لِكُلِّ غَادِرٍ لِوَاءٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا غَدْرَةَ أَعْظَمُ مِنْ غَدْرَةِ إِمَامِ عَامَّةٍ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 5378
It was narrated from Bishr ibn Harb: i heard Ibn 'Umar say: i heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) say, beside 'Aa'ishah's apartment: "A banner will be raised for the betrayer on the Day of Resurrection, and there is no betrayal greater than the betrayal of the rufer of the Muslims."
