حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ أَنَّهُ شَهِدَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ أَقَامَ بِجَمْعٍ قَالَ وَأَحْسِبُهُ وَأَذَّنَ فَصَلَّى الْمَغْرِبَ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ فَصَلَّى الْعِشَاءَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ صَنَعَ بِنَا ابْنُ عُمَرَ فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ مِثْلَ هَذَا وَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ صَنَعَ بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَا الْمَكَانِ مِثْلَ هَذَا
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 5538
It was narrated from al-Hakam that he saw Sa'eed ibn Jubayr give the iqaamah in Muzdalifah. He said: And i think he also gave the adhaan. He gave the adhaan and prayed Maghrib with three (rak'ahs), then he said the tasleem, then he prayed 'isha' with two rak'ahs, then he said: Ibn 'Umar did the same thing with us in this place, and Ibn 'Umar said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) did the same thing with us in this place.
