حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ يَعْنِي الرَّازِيَّ عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا شَكَّ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ عَلِيٌّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَةَ وَالْمُحَلِّلَ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ وَمَانِعَ الصَّدَقَةِ وَكَانَ يَنْهَى عَنْ النَّوْحِ
مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 660
It was narrated from al- Harith that one of the Companions of the Prophet (PBUH)- he said: There is no doubt that it was 'Ali (RA) said: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) cursed the one who consumes riba, the one who pays it, the two who witness it, the one who writes it down, the one who does tattoos, the one for whom tattoos are done, the one who marries a woman and divorces her so that she becomes permissible for her first husband, the one for whom that is done, and the one who withholds zakah. And he forbade wailing.
