أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي دَاوُدَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سِمَاکٍ عَنْ عِکْرِمَةَ مُرْسَلٌ أَخْبَرَنَا
سنن نسائی · Hadith 2120
it was narrated that Abu ‘Abbas said: “A Bedouin came to the prophet , and said: ‘I have sighted the crescent.’ He said: ‘Do you bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Mul is His slave and Messenger? He said: Yes. So the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم gave the call, saying: ‘Fast.” (Da`if)
