حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ عَنْ مَالِکٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ مَالِکِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الذَّهَبُ بِالْوَرِقِ رِبًا إِلَّا هَائَ وَهَائَ وَالْبُرُّ بِالْبُرِّ رِبًا إِلَّا هَائَ وَهَائَ وَالتَّمْرُ بِالتَّمْرِ رِبًا إِلَّا هَائَ وَهَائَ وَالشَّعِيرُ بِالشَّعِيرِ رِبًا إِلَّا هَائَ وَهَائَ
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 3348
Narrated Umar: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: Gold for gold is interest unless both hand over on the spot ; wheat for wheat is interest unless both hand over on the spot ; dates for dates is interest unless both hand over on the spot ; barley for barley is interest unless both hand over on the spot.
