عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ قَالَ : رَأَیْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَحَانَتْ صَلاۃُ الْعَصْرِ ، وَالْتَمَسَ النَّاسُ الْوَضُو ءَ ، فَلَمْ یَجِدُوہُ ، فَأُتِیَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ بِوَضُو ءٍ ، فَوَضَعَ فِی ذَلِکَ الإِنَاءِ یَدَہُ ، وَأَمَرَ النَّاسَ أَنْ یَتَوَ ضَّئُوا مِنْہُ ، قَالَ : فَرَأَیْتُ الْمَا ء َیَنْبُعُ مِنْ تَحْتِ أَصَا بِعِہِ فَتَوَضَّأَالنَّاسُ حَتَّی تَوَضَّئُوا مِنْ عِنْدِ آخِرِھِمْ ۔ أَخْرَ جَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْوُضُوءِ
