عَنْ زِرَّ ، قَالَ : أَیَیْتُ صَفْوَانَ بْنَ عَسَّالٍ الْمُرَادِیَّ ، وَقَالَ: مَاجَا ءَ بِکَْ قُلْتُ: ابْتِغَاءَ الْعِلْمِ، قَالَ : إِنَّ الْمَلائِکَۃَ تَضَعُ أَجْنِحَتَھَا لِطَالِبِ الْعِلْمِ رِضًی بِمَا یَطْلُبُ ، قُلْتُ: إِنَّہُ حَاکَ فِی ضَدْرِی الْمَسْحُ عَلَی الْخُفَّیْنِ بَعْدَ الْغَائِطِ وَالْبَوْلِ ، وَکُنْتَ امْرَءً امِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَأَتَیْتُکَ أَسْأَلُکَ: ھَلْ سَمِعْتَ مِنْ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فِی ذَلِکَ شَیْئًا؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ ۔کَانَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَأْمُرُنَا إِذَا کُنَّا سَفَرًا أَوْمُسَافِرِینَ أَنْ لا نَنْزعَ خِفَافَنَاثَلاثَۃَ أَیَّامٍ وَلَیَالَیَھُنَّ إِلا مِنْ جَنَابَۃٍ ، لَکِنْ مِنْ غَائِطٍ وَبَوْلٍ وَنَوْمٍ ۔أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْوُضُوءِ
