عَنْ أُبِیِّ بْنِ کَعْبٍ، قَالَ:قُلْتُ:یَارَسُولَ اللہِ، إِذَا جَامَعَ أَحَدُنَا فَأَکْسَلَ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:((یَغْسِلْ مَامَسَّ الْمَرْأَۃَمِنْہُ، وَلْیَتَوَ ضَّأُ ثُمَّ لِیُصَلِّ))۔

On the authority of Abi Bin Kaab, he said: I said: O Messenger of God, when one of us gathered together and be lazy? The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “He washed the face of the woman, and let him light up, then pray.”
