عَنْ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ عَلْقَمَۃَ بْنِ وَقَّاصِ، قَالَ:إِنِّی لَعِنْدَ مُعَاوِیَۃَ إِذْ أَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنُہُ، فَقَالَ مُعَاوِیَۃُ کَمَا قَال مُؤذِّنُہُ حَتَّی إِذَا قَالَ:حَیَّ عَلَی الصَّلاۃِ، قَالَ:لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّۃَ إِلا بِاللہِ، فَلَمَّا قَالَ: حَیَّ عَلَی الْفَلاحِ، قَالَ:لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّۃَ إِلا بِاللہِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ بَعْدَ ذَلِکَ مَا قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَقُولُ ذَلِکَ۔أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ
