عَنْ رِفَاعَۃَ بْنِ رَافِعٍ، قَالَ: جَا ءَ رَجُلٌ یُصَلِّی فِی الْمَسْجِدِ قَرِیبًا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ فَسَلَّمَ عَلَی النَّنِیِّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:(( أَعِدْ صَلاتَکَ فَإِنَّکَ لَمْ تُصَلِّ))، فَقَامَ فَصَلَّی بِنَحْوٍ مِمَّا صَلَّی، فَقَالَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:(( أَعِدْ صَلاتَکَ فَإِنَّکَ لَمْ تُصَلِّ))، فَقَالَ: عَلِّمْنِی یَارَسُولَ اللہِ کَیْفَ أُصَلِّی؟ قَالَ:(( إِذَا تَوَجَّھْتَ إِلَی الْقِبْلَۃِ فَکَبِّرْ، ثُمَّ اقْرَأْبِأُمِّ الْقُرْآنِ وَمَا شَاءَ اللہُ أَنْ تَقْرَأَ، فَإِذَا رَکَعْتَ فَاجْعَلْ رَاحَتَیْکَ عَکَی رُکْبَتَیْکَ ، وَمَکِّنْ رُکُوعَکَ وَامْدُدْ ظَہْرَکَ، فَإِذَا رَفَعْتَ فَأَقِمْ صُلْبَکَ وَارْفَعْ رَأْسَکَ حَتَّ تَرْجِعَ الْعِظَامُ إِلَی مَفَاصِلِھَا، فَإِذَا سَجَدْتَ فَمَکِّنِ السُّجُودَ فَإِذَا رَفَعْتَ فَاجْلِسْ عَلَی فَخِذِکَ الْیُسْرَی، ثُمَّ اصْنَعْ ذَلِکَ فِی کُلِّ رَکْعَۃٍ وَسَجْدَۃٍحَتَّی تَطْمَئِنَّ))۔
