عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنَّہُ یَکُنْ یُصَلِّی مَعَ الْفَرِیضَۃِ فِی السَّفَرِ شَیْئًا قَبْلَھَا وَلا بَعْدَھَا إِلا مِنْ جَوْفِ اللَّیْلِ ۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ وَالثَّانِی مِنْ کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ وَالثَّالِثَ وَالرَّابعَ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ۔

On the authority of Ibn Omar: He should pray with the obligatory person on travel, something before or after her, except from the dead of the night. He released the first from the book of reception of the tribute and the second from the book of the hadith differing and the third and fourth in the book of disagreement
