عَنْ یُوسُوفَ بْنِ مَاھَکَ ، قَالَ : قِدِمَ مُعَاذٌ عَلَی أَھْلِ مَکَّۃَ وَھُمْ یُصَلُّونَ الْجُمُعَۃَ وَالْفَیْ ءُ فِی الْحِجْرِ ، فَقَالَ: لا تُصَلَّوا حَتَّی تَفِی ءَ الْکَعْبَۃُ مِنْ وَجْھِھَا ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ إِیجَابِ الْجُمُعَۃِ۔

On the authority of Yusuf ibn Mahek, he said: Mu’ath came to the people of Makkah when they prayed together, and al-Hajj was not done, so they said: “No”. Take the two hadiths out of the answer book of the assembly ۃ
