Abu Hurayrah's narrations reach us through a vast network of teachers and students. He learned directly from the Prophet ﷺ and from senior companions, and in turn became the teacher of hundreds of Tabi'un — the generation whose preservation of his narrations forms the backbone of the major Hadith collections.

جَابِرٍ
لِكُلِّ قَوْمٍ فِرَاسَةٌ، وإنَّمَا يعْرفها الأشْرَافُ. ك
مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيَتةً، فَهُو أَحَقُّ بِها، وَلَيسَ لِعِرْق ظالم حَقٌّ. ق
مَنْ أَحْيَا مَواتًا مِنَ الأَرْضِ فَهي لَهُ، وَلَيس لِعِرْقِ ظالِمٍ حَقٌّ. ق
