Abu Hurayrah learned directly from the Prophet ﷺ during his three years of close companionship, and supplemented his knowledge by studying with senior Sahaba in Madinah.
قَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا أَبُو يُوسُفَ مِنَ الْحَجِّ، فَأَتَيْنَاهُ،
وُهَيْبٌ،
حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ،
مالک بن أنس

مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ: كَانَ صَفْوَانُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ يُصَلِّي فِي قَمِيصٍ لِئَلَّا يَنَامَ
أبي سنان سعيد بن سنان القزويني
عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ الْيَمَامِيِّ،
شريكايقول اسلم على وهو ابن احدى عشرة سنة
ويقول من تعشى عندي فقد أكرمني ثم إذا تعشوا أخرج إليهم الصرة.
لَقِيتُ مَالِكَ بْنَ أَنَسٍ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ
أبو يوسف فقدمت المدينة فجمعنا أبناء أصحاب رسول الله ودعوت بصاعاتهم فكل
عبد الرحمن بن سليمان بن عبد الله بن الغسيل:
مالك بن أنس،قال: لما قدم الزهري أخذت الكتاب لأقرأ عليه،
