Abu Hurayrah learned directly from the Prophet ﷺ during his three years of close companionship, and supplemented his knowledge by studying with senior Sahaba in Madinah.
الْمُزَنِيُّ
عمر يمشون أمام الجنازة فقمت إليه فقلت له يا أبا محمد
أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ
إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْكَذِبَ فَإِنَّ الْكَذِبَ يُجَانِبُ الإِيمَانَ.
إِيَّاكُمْ اتَّقُوا الْكَذِبَ فَإِنَّ الْكَذِبَ مُجَانِبٌ الإِيمَانَ.
«إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى ذَبَحَ لَكُمْ مَا فِي الْبَحْرِ فَكُلُوهُ كُلَّهُ فَإِنَّهُ ذُكِّيَ»
سَهْلَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ،
يا أيُّها الناسُ، إياكم والكذبَ، فإنَّ الكذبَ مُجانِبُ الإيمانِ
الخلدي
إياكم والكذب فإن الكذب مجانب الإيمان
رسول الله من يعمل سوءاً يجز به فالدنيا".
