109 - قال الشيخ : أخبرنا أبو عبد الله محمد بن الفضل الخرقي ، أنا أبو الحسن الطيسفوني ، أنا عبد الله بن عمر الجوهري ، ثنا أحمد ابن علي الكشميهني ، نا علي بن حجر ، نا إسماعيل بن جعفر ، عن العلاء بن عبد الرحمن ، عن أبيه ، عن أبي هريرة. أن رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) قال : " من دعا إلى هدى كان له من الأجر مثل أجور من تبعه لا ينقص ذلك من أجورهم شيئا ، ومن دعا إلى ضلالة كان عليه من الإثم مثل آثام من تبعه لا ينقص ذلك من آثامهم شيئا ". هذا حديث صحيح أخرجه مسلم عن علي بن حجر.

110 - أخبرنا أبو القاسم عبد الكريم بن هوازن القشيري ، أنا الحاكم أبو عبد الله الحافظ ، أنا أبو محمد عبد الله بن إسحاق البغوي ببغداد ، أنا أحمد بن الهيثم السامري ، نا سعيد بن داود الزبيري ، نا مالك بن صفحة رقم 233 أنس قال : كتب إلي كثير بن عبد الله المزني يحدث عن أبيه عن جده ، عن بلال بن الحارث أنه قال : سمعت رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) يقول : " من أحيا سنة من سنتي قد أميتت بعدي ، فإن له من الأجر مثل من عمل بها من الناس لا ينقص ذلك من أجورهم ، ومن ابتدع بدعة لا ترضي الله ورسوله ، فإن له مثل إثم من عمل بها من الناس لا ينقص ذلك من آثام الناس شيئا ". هذا حديث حسن. وبلال بن الحارث المزني : أبو عبد الرحمن عداده في أهل المدينة. وكثير : هو كثير بن عبد الله بن عمرو بن عوف بن زيد المزني مدني.

111 - قال الشيخ الحسين بن مسعود : أخبرنا أبو سعيد عبد الله ابن أحمد الطاهري ، أنا جدي عبد الصمد بن عبد الرحمن البزاز ، أنا أبو بكر محمد بن زكريا العذافري ، أنا إسحاق الدبري ، نا عبد الرزاق ، صفحة رقم 234 أنا معمر عن الأعمش ، عن عبد الله بن مرة ، عن مسروق ، عن ابن مسعود قال : قال رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) : " لا تقتل نفس ظلما إلا كان على ابن آدم القاتل كفل من إثمها ، لأنه أول من سن القتل ". هذا حديث متفق على صحته أخرجه محمد عن عمرو بن حفص بن غياث عن أبيه ، وأخرجه مسلم عن أبي بكر بن أبي شيبة ، عن أبي معاوية ، كل عن الأعمش. قوله : " كفل " ، أي : نصيب. وقال رجل لعبد الله بن مسعود : علمني كلمات جوامع نوافع ، فقال : لا تشرك به شيئا ، وزل مع القرآن حيث زال ، ومن جاءك بالحق ، فاقبل منه وإن كان بعيدا بغيضا ، ومن جاءك بالباطل ، فاردده عليه وإن كان قريبا حبيبا.

112 - قال الشيخ : أخبرنا أبو الحسن عبد الوهاب بن محمد الكسائي ، أنا أبو محمد عبد العزيز بن أحمد الخلال ، نا أبو العباس محمد بن يعقوب الأصم ( ح ) وأخبرنا أحمد بن عبد الله الصالحي ، ومحمد بن أحمد العارف ، قالا : أنا أبو بكر الحيري ، نا أبو العباس الأصم ، أنا الربيع ، أنا الشافعي ، أنا سفيان بن عيينة ، عن عبد الملك بن عمير ، عن عبد الرحمن بن عبد الله بن مسعود ، عن أبيه. صفحة رقم 236 أن رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) قال : " نضر الله عبدا سمع مقالتي ، فحفظها ووعاها وأداها ، فرب حامل فقه غير فقيه ، ورب حامل فقه إلى من هو أفقه منه. ثلاث لا يغل عليهن قلب مسلم : إخلاص العمل لله ، والنصيحة للمسلمين ، ولزوم جماعتهم ، فإن دعوتهم تحيط من ورائهم ". قال أبو عيسى : هذا حديث حسن صحيح. قال أبو سليمان الخطابي : قوله : " نضر الله امرءا " معناه : الدعاء له بالنضارة ، وهي النعمة والبهجة ، ويقال : نضره الله بالتخفيف والتثقيل ، وأجودهما التخفيف ، وقيل : ليس هذا من حسن الوجه ، إنما معناه حسن الجاه والقدر في الخلق. صفحة رقم 237 قوله : " لا يغل عليهم " بفتح الياء ، وكسر الغين من الغل ، وهو الضغن والحقد ، يريد : لا يدخله حقد يزيله عن الحق ، ويروى بضم الياء من الإغلال ، وهو الخيانة. وفي الحديث : أنه كتب في كتاب صلح الحديبية : " لا إغلال ولا إسلال " فالإغلال : الخيانة ، والإسلال : السرقة يقال : فلان مغل مسل ، أي : خائن سارق. والسلة : السرقة. فأما الغلول في الغنيمة وهو الخيانة فيها ليس من هذا ، سمي غلولا لأن الأيدي مغلولة عنها ، أي : ممنوعة ، يقال من الغلول في الغنيمة : غل يغل بضم الغين ، قال الله سبحانه وتعالى : ( وما كان لنبي أن يغل ( [ آل عمران : 161 ] ويقال من الخيانة في غيرها : أغل يغل ، ويقال من الحقد : غل يغل بكسر الغين. وفيه إشارة إلى تكرار الحديث للحفظ ، قال النخعي : إني لأسمع الحديث ، فأحدث به الخادم أدسه به في نفسي ، أي : أثبته ، يريد أحدث به خادمي أستذكر بذلك. وفيه دليل على كراهية اختصار الحديث لمن ليس بالمتناهي في الفقه ، لأنه إذا فعل ذلك ، فقد قطع طريق الاستنباط على من بعده ممن هو أفقه ، وفي ضمنه وجوب التفقه ، والحث على استنباط معنى الحديث ، واستخراج المكنون من سره. واختلف أهل العلم في نقل الحديث بالمعنى ، فرخص فيه جماعة ، قال واثلة بن الأسقع : إذا حدثناكم بالحديث على معناه ، فحسبكم ، وإليه صفحة رقم 238 ذهب الحسن والشعبي والنخعي ، قال أيوب عن ابن سيرين : كنت أسمع الحديث من عشرة ، اللفظ مختلف ، والمعنى واحد. قال مجاهد : انقص من الحديث إن شئت ولا تزد فيه. قال سفيان الثوري : إن قلت : إني حدثتكم كما سمعت فلا تصدقوني ، فإنما هو المعنى. وقال وكيع : إن لم يكن المعنى واسعا ، فقد هلك الناس. وذهب قوم إلى اتباع اللفظ ، منهم ابن عمر ، وهو قول القاسم بن محمد ، وابن سيرين ، ورجاء بن حيوة ، ومالك بن أنس ، وابن علية ، وعبد الوارث ، ويزيد بن زريع ، ووهيب ، وبه قال أحمد ويحيى. وذهب جماعة من أئمة الحديث وأهل العلم إلى جواز القراءة ، والعرض على المحدث ، ثم الرواية عنه ، وإليه ذهب الحسن والشعبي ، وعروة وهشام بن عروة ، وزيد بن أسلم ، وعكرمة ، والزهري ، وابن أبي ذئب ، واحتجوا بحديث ضمام بن ثعلبة. وبيان العرض : أن يدفع كتابا إلى محدث فيه سماعه ، فيتأمله المحدث ويعرفهم فيقول له : هذه رواياتي عن شيوخي ، فحدث بها عني. صفحة رقم 239 وقال عاصم الأحول : عرضت على الشعبي أحاديث الفقه فأجازها لي. وقال مطرف بن عبد الله : صحبت مالكا سبع عشرة سنة ؛ فما رأيته قرأ " الموطأ " على أحد ، وسمعته يأبى على من يقول : لا يجزئه إلا السماع ، ويقول : كيف لا يجزئك هذا في الحديث ، ويجزئك في القرآن ، والقرآن أعظم ؟ وقال ابن أبي أويس : سئل مالك عن حديثه أسماع هو ، فقال : منه سماع ، ومنه عرض ؛ وليس العرض بأدنى عندنا من السماع. وذهب جماعة من الفقهاء إلى أن العرض ليس بسماع ، وهو قول الأوزاعي والثوري ، وابن المبارك ؛ والشافعي وأحمد ، وإسحاق ، لقول النبي [ ] : " نضر الله امرءا سمع مقالتي ". صفحة رقم 240 وقال ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) : " تسمعون ويسمع منكم ". واختلفوا في القراءة على المحدث ، هل هو إخبار أم لا ؟ قال أبو عاصم عن مالك ، وسفيان : القراءة على العالم وقرأته سواء. وقال سفيان بن عيينة : إذا قرئ على المحدث ، فلا بأس أن يقول : حدثني ، وكان عنده " حدثنا " ، و " أخبرنا " ، و " أنبأنا " ، و " سمعت " واحدا. واحتج مالك بالصك يقرأ على القوم فيقولون : أشهدنا فلان [ ويقرأ ذلك قراءة عليهم ] ، ويقرأ على المقرئ ، فيقول : أقرأني فلان. وجوزوا المناولة ، وكتاب أهل العلم بالعلم إلى البلدان رآه عبد الله ابن عمر ، ويحيى بن سعيد ، ومالك جائزا. قال شعبة : كتب إلي منصور بحديث ، ثم لقيته بعد ذلك ، صفحة رقم 241 فسألته عن ذلك ، فقال : أليس قد حدثتك به ، إذا كتبت إليك ، فقد حدثتك. واحتج بعض أهل الحجاز في المناولة بحديث النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) حيث كتب لأمير السرية كتابا قال : " لا تقرأه حتى تبلغ مكان كذا وكذا ". صفحة رقم 242 فلما بلغ ذلك المكان ، قرأه على الناس ، وأخبرهم بأمر النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ). قال الحاكم أبو عبد الله الحافظ : الذي اختاره في الرواية ، وعهدت عليه أكثر مشايخي أن يقول في الذي يأخذه من المحدث لفظا ليس معه أحد : حدثني فلان ، وما يأخذه لفظا مع غيره : حدثنا فلان ، وما قرأ على المحدث بنفسه : أخبرني فلان ، وما قرئ على المحدث وهو حاضر : أخبرنا فلان ، وإذا عرض على المحدث ، فأجاز له روايته سفاها يقول : أنبأني فلان : وما كتب إليه ولم يشافهه بالإجازة يقول : كتب إلي فلان. واحتج البخاري في وقت سماع الصغير بحديث الزهري ، عن محمود ابن الربيع ، قال : عقلت من النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) مجة مجها في وجهي وأنا ابن خمس سنين من دلو ".

113 - قال الشيخ الحسين بن مسعود : حدثنا أبو الفضل زياد بن محمد بن زياد الحنفي ، أنا محمد بن بشر بن محمد بن محمد المزني ، نا أبو صفحة رقم 243 بكر محمد بن الحسين بن بشر النقاش ، نا أبو شعيب الحراني ، نا يحيى ابن عبد الله الضحاك البابلتي أخبرنا الأوزاعي ، حدثني حسان ابن عطية ، عن أبي كبشة السلولي ، عن عبد الله بن عمرو. قال : قال رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) : " بلغوا عني ولو آية ، وحدثوا عن بني إسرائيل ولا حرج ، ومن كذب علي متعمدا فليتبوأ مقعده من النار ". هذا حديث صحيح أخرجه محمد عن الضحاك بن مخلد عن أبي عاصم النبيل ، عن الأوزاعي. وأبو كبشة السلولي لا يعرف له اسم ، وحسان بن عطية شامي ، والأوزاعي : هو أبو عمرو عبد الرحمن بن عمرو شامي ، والأوزاع من حمير ، ولم يكن منهم ، نزل فيهم ، مات سنة سبع وخمسين ومائة. ويحيى بن عبد الله البابلتي أبو سعيد من أهل الجزيرة مولى لبني أمية تكلموا فيه وهو محتج به فيما يوافق الثقات. صفحة رقم 244 قوله : " حدثوا عن بني إسرائيل ولا حرج " ليس على معنى إباحة الكذب على بني إسرائيل ، بل معناه الرخصة في الحديث عنهم على معنى البلاغ من غير أن يصح ذلك بنقل الإسناد ، لأنه أمر قد تعذر في أخبارهم ، لطول المدة ووقوع الفترة. وفيه إيجاب التحرز عن الكذب على رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) بأن لا يحدث عنه إلا بما يصح عنده بنقل الإسناد ، والتثبت فيه. وروي عن أبي هريرة عن النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) قال : " كفى بالمرء إثما أن يحدث بكل ما سمع ". وقال أبو بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه : أي أرض تقلني ، وأي سماء تظلني ، إذا قلت على الله ما لا أعلم. وقال عبد الله بن المبارك : الإسناد من الدين ، لولا الإسناد لقال من شاء ما شاء. وقال مطر الوراق في قوله سبحانه وتعالى : ( أو أثارة من علم ( صفحة رقم 245 [ الأحقاف : 4 ] قال : إسناد الحديث. وسمع الزهري إسحاق بن أبي فروة يقول : قال رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) ، فقال : قاتلك الله يا ابن أبي فروة ما أجرأك على الله ألا تسند حديثك ، تحدثنا بأحاديث ليس لها خطام ولا أزمة. واختلف أهل العلم في المرسل من الأحاديث ، وهو أن يقول التابعي أو تابع التابعي : قال رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) كذا ، ولا يذكر من سمعه منه فاحتج به جماعة : منهم إبراهيم النخعي ، وحماد بن أبي سليمان ، صفحة رقم 246 وأبو حنيفة ، وأصحاب الرأي ، ولم يحتج به فقهاء الحجاز ، وهو قول ابن المسيب والزهري ، ومالك والأوزاعي والشافعي وأحمد. صفحة رقم 247 وكذلك اختلفوا في الرواية على وجه التدليس ، وهو أن يقول المحدث : قال فلان ، ولم يقل : حدثني فلان ، أو سمعت منه ، وكان القائل مشهورا بالرواية عنه ، مثل أن يقول سفيان بن عيينة : قال ابن شهاب. صفحة رقم 248 أو قال عمرو بن دينار : حدثنا فلان ، فصححه أهل الكوفة ، ولم يحتج به أهل الحجاز كالمراسيل. واختلفوا في في رواية محدث صحيح السماع ، صحيح الكتاب ، ظاهر العدالة ، غير أنه لا يعرف ما يحدث به ، ولا يحفظه كأكثر محدثي زماننا ، فاحتج به أكثر أهل الحديث ، وأما مالك وأبو حنيفة فلا يريان الحجة به. وكذلك اختلفوا في رواية المبتدعة وأهل الأهواء فقبلها أكثر أهل صفحة رقم 249 الحديث ، إذا كانوا فيها صادقين ، فقد حدث محمد بن إسماعيل عن عباد ابن يعقوب الراوجني وكان محمد بن إسحاق بن خزيمة يقول : حدثنا الصدوق في روايته المتهم في دينه عباد بن يعقوب. صفحة رقم 250 واحتج أيضا البخاري في " الصحيح " بمحمد بن زياد الألهاني ، وحريز ابن عثمان الرحبي ، وقد اشتهر عنهما النصب ، واتفق البخاري ومسلم على الاحتجاج بأبي معاوية محمد بن حازم الضرير ، وعبيد الله بن موسى ، وقد اشتهر عنهما الغلو. وأما مالك بن أنس فيقول : لا يؤخذ حديث النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) من صاحب هوى يدعو الناس إلى هواه ، ولا من كذاب يكذب في حديث الناس ، وإن كنت لا تتهمه بأن يكذب على النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) ، ذكر هذا الاختلاف في قبول رواية هؤلاء الحاكم أبو عبد الله الحافظ في كتابه. وسئل أحمد بن حنبل : يكتب عن المرجيء والقدري وغيرهما من أهل الأهواء ؟ قال : نعم إذا لم يكن يدعو إليه ، ويكثر الكلام فيه ، فأما إذا كان داعيا فلا. وفي الحديث دليل على وجوب تبليغ ما صح عن النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) ، قال أبو ذر : لو وضعتم الصمصامة على هذه ، وأشار إلى قفاه ، ثم ظننت أني أنفذ كلمة سمعتها من النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) قبل أن تجيزوا علي لأنفذتها. صفحة رقم 251 قال سفيان الثوري : أكثروا من هذا الحديث فإنه سلاح ، وقال : ليس شيء أنفع للناس من هذا الحديث ، وقال حفص بن غياث في أصحاب الحديث : هم خير أهل الدنيا.

114 - قال الشيخ الحسين بن مسعود : أخبرنا عبد الواحد بن أحمد المليحي ، أخبرنا أبو محمد عبد الرحمن بن أبي شريح ، أنا أبو القاسم عبد الله بن محمد بن عبد العزيز البغوي ، حدثنا علي بن جعد ، أنا شعبة ، أخبرني منصور بن المعتمر ، سمعت ربعيا يقول : سمعت عليا يقول : سمعت رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) يقول : " لا تكذبوا علي ، فإنه من يكذب علي يلج النار ". هذا حديث متفق على صحته أخرجه محمد عن علي بن الجعد ، وأخرجه مسلم عن محمد بن مثنى ، عن محمد بن جعفر ، عن شعبة. وعلي بن أبي طالب بن عبد المطلب : أبو الحسن القرشي الهاشمي ، صفحة رقم 253 قتل بالكوفة في شهر رمضان سنة أربعين وهو ابن ثمان وخمسين سنة. وربعي : هو ربعي بن حراش الغطفاني كوفي ، مات في ولاية عمر ابن عبد العزيز ويقال : كان أعور.

115 - أخبرنا الإمام أبو علي الحسين بن محمد القاضي ، أنا أبو طاهر محمد بن محمد بن محمش الزيادي ، نا أحمد بن إسحاق الصيدلاني في سنة ثلاث وثلاثين وثلاثمائة ، نا أبو نصر أحمد بن محمد بن نصر في جمادى الأولى سنة سبع وخمسين ومائتين ، نا أبو نعيم الفضل بن دكين ، نا محمد بن قيس الأسدي ، عن علي بن ربيعة قال : كان أول من نيح عليه بالكوفة قرظة بن كعب ، وزعم أن المغيرة قام فحمد الله ، وأثنى عليه ، ثم قال : إني سمعت رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) يقول : " من كذب علي متعمدا فليتبوأ مقعده من النار. صفحة رقم 254 وسمعته يقول : " من نيح عليه ، فإنه يعذب بما نيح عليه ". هذا حديث متفق على صحته أخرجه محمد بن أبي نعيم ، عن سعيد بن عبيد ، عن علي بن ربيعة ، وأخرجه مسلم عن محمد بن عبد الله ابن نمير ، عن أبيه ، عن سعيد بن عبيد ، وأخرجه عن علي بن حجر عن علي بن مسهر ، عن محمد بن قيس الأسدي. والمغيرة بن شعبة : أبو عبد الله ، ويقال : أبو عيسى الثقفي ، كان على الكوفة ، وكان من دهاة الناس توفي سنة خمسين. علي بن ربيعة الوالبي الأسدي كوفي ، أبو المغيرة ووالبة من أسد خزيمة.

116 - أخبرنا عبد الواحد بن أحمد المليحي ، أنا أحمد بن عبد الله النعيمي ، أنا محمد بن يوسف ، نا محمد بن إسماعيل ، نا مكي بن إبراهيم نا يزيد بن أبي عبيد ، عن سلمة قال : سمعت النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) يقول : " من يقل علي ما لم أقل ، فليتبوأ مقعده من النار ". صفحة رقم 255 هذا حديث صحيح. وسلمة : هو سلمة بن عمرو بن الأكوع أبو مسلم ، ويزيد بن أبي عبيد مولاه. قوله : " فليتبوأ " أي : لينزل منزله من النار ، وقوله سبحانه وتعالى : ( نتبوء من الجنة حيث نشاء ( [ الزمر : 74 ] أي : نتخذه منزلا ، وقوله تعالى : ( والذين تبوؤا الدار والإيمان ( [ الحشر : 9 ] ، أي : اتخذوها منزلا ، وقوله عز وجل : ) ولقد بوأنا بني إسرائيل مبوء صدق ( [ يونس : 93 ] أي أنزلناهم منزلا صالحا ، والمبوء : المنزل الملزوم. قال الشيخ رحمه الله : إعلم أن الكذب على النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) أعظم أنواع الكذب بعد كذب الكافر على الله ، وقد قال النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) : " إن كذبا علي ليس ككذب على أحد ، من كذب علي متعمدا فليتبوأ مقعده من النار ". ولذلك كره قوم من الصحابة والتابعين إكثار الحديث عن النبي [ ] خوفا من الزيادة والنقصان ، والغلط فيه ، حتى إن من التابعين كان يهاب رفع المرفوع ، فيوقفه على الصحابي ، ويقول : الكذب عليه أهون صفحة رقم 256 من الكذب على رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) ، ومنهم من يسند الحديث حتى إذا بلغ به النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) قال : قال ، ولم يقل : رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) ، ومنهم من يقول : رفعه ، ومنهم من يقول : رواية ، ومنهم من يقول : يبلغ به النبي ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) ، وكل ذلك هيبة للحديث عن رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) ، وخوفا من الوعيد.

120 - وأخبرنا أبو بكر محمد بن عبد الصمد الترابي ، أنا عبد الله ابن أحمد بن حموية ، أنا إبراهيم بن خزيم ، نا عبد بن حميد ، نا حيان صفحة رقم 259 ابن هلال ، نا سهيل أخو حزم القطعي ، نا أبو عمران الجوني ، عن جندب. قال : قال رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وسلم ) : " من قال في القرآن برأيه ، فأصاب ، فقد أخطأ ". قال أبو عيسى : هذا حديث غريب ، وقد تكلم بعض أهل الحديث في سهيل بن أبي حزم. قال أبو عيسى : هكذا روي عن بعض أهل العلم من أصحاب النبي [ ] وغيرهم أنهم شددوا في أن يفسر القرآن بغير علم. وأما الذي روي عن مجاهد وقتادة وغيرهما من أهل العلم أنهم فسروا فليس الظن بهم أنهم قالوا في القرآن ، أو فسروا بغير علم ، أو من قبل أنفسهم. روى معمر ، عن قتادة قال : ما في القرآن آية إلا وقد سمعت فيها شيئا. قال حماد : قلت لأيوب : ما معنى قول أبي الدرداء : لا تفقه كل الفقه حتى ترى للقرآن وجوها كثيرة ؟ فجعل يفكر ، فقلت : هو أن ترى له وجوها ، فتهاب الإقدام عليه ؟ فقال : هو ذاك ، هو ذاك.
