Musnad Imam Shafi

یُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِی عَمْرٍ و بِھَذَا الإِ سْنَادِ عَنِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّم ھَکَذَا۔

It is narrated, on the authority of Amr ibn Abi Omar, and with this chain of transmission from the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, such۔

النَّبِیِّ ھَکَذَا۔ ← عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِی عَمْرٍ و بِھَذَا الإِ سْنَادِ

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِیزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِیُّ ، عَنْ عَمْرِ و بْنِ أَبِی عَمْرٍو، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مَنْ بَنِی سَلَمَۃَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ھَکَذَا

قَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ، وَابْنُ أَبَی یَحْیَی أَحْفَظُ مِنَ الدَّرَاوَرْدَیِّ وَسُلَیْمَانُ مِنَ ابْنِ أَبِی یَحْیَی

Al-Shafi’i said: The son of Abi Yahya saves the Druard and Suleiman from Abi Yahya’s son.

سُلَیْمَانُ مِنَ ابْنِ أَبِی یَحْیَی ← الشَّافِعِیُّ، وَابْنُ أَبَی یَحْیَی أَحْفَظُ مِنَ الدَّرَاوَرْدَیِّ

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّمَۃَ :أَنَّہُ أَھْدَی لِرَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ حِمَارًا وَ حْشِیَّا وَھُوَبِالأَبوَاءِ أَوْبِوَدَّانَ فَرَدَّہُ عَلَیْہِ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمَّا رَأَی رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمَّا رَأَی رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا فِی وَجْھِی قَالَ:(( إِنَّا لَمْ نَرُدَّہُ عَلَیْکَ إَلا أَنَّا حُرُمٌ))۔

الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّمَۃَ ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،

عَنْ أَبِی قَتَادَۃَ الأَنصَارِیِّ: أَنَھُ کَانَ مَعَ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّیْ اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّی إِذَا کَانَ بِبَعْضِ طَرِیقِ مَکَّۃَ، تَخَلَّفَ مَعَ أَصْحَابٍ لَہُ مُحْرِمِینَ، وَھُوَ غَیْرُ مُحْرِمٍ، فَرَأَی حِمَارًا وَحْشِیَّا، فَاسْتَوَی عَلَی فَرَسِہِ ، فَسَأَلَ أَصْحَابَہُ أَنْ یُنَاوِلُوہُ سَوْ طَھُ فَأَبَوْا،فَسَأَلَھُمْ رُمْحَہُ فَأَبَوْا، فَأَخَذَ رُمْحَہُ ، فَشَدَّ عَلَی الْحِمَارِ فَقَتَلَہُ ، فَأَکَلَ مِنْہُ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَبَی بَعْضُھُمْ، فَلَمَّا أَدْرَکُوا النَّبِیَّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِوَسَلَّمَ سَأَلُوہُ عَنْ ذَلِکَ فَقَالَ :(( إِنَّمَا ھِیَ طُعْمَۃُ أَطْعَمَکُمُوھَا مَا اللہُ تَعَالَی))۔

ذَلِكَ ← أَبَی بَعْضُھُمْ، فَلَمَّا أَدْرَکُوا النَّبِیَّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِوَسَلَّمَ سَأَلُوہُ

عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ یَسَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِی قَتَادَۃَ فِی الْحِمَارِ الْوَحْشِیِّ مِثْلَ حَدِیثِ أَبَی النَّضْرِ۔ ٍ

أَبِی قَتَادَۃَ فِی الْحِمَارِ الْوَحْشِیِّ مِثْلَ حَدِیثِ أَبَی النَّضْرِ۔ ← عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ

عَنْ عَبْدِاللہِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِیعَۃَ قَالَ: رَأَیْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ بِالْعَرْجِ فِی یَوْمٍ صِائِفٍ وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ، وَقَدْ غَطَّی وَجْھَہُ بِقَطِیفَۃٍ أُرْجُوَان ثُمَّ أُتِیَ بِلَحْمِ صَیْدٍ ، فَقَالَ لأَ صْحاَبِھِ: کُلُوا، قَالُوا: أَلا تَأکُکُ أنْتَ؟ قَالَ : إَنِّی لَسْتُ کَھَیئَتِکُمْ، إِنَّما صِیدَ مِنْ أجْلی۔ أَخْرَجَ السَّبْعَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ ، وَالثَّا مِنَ مِنْ کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالَکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ۔

عبدِاللهِ بنِ عامرِ بنِ ربيعةَ،

عَنِ اْبنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لَیْسَ عَلَی الْمُحْرِمِ فِی قَتْلِھِنَّ جُنَاحٌ:الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَۃُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَۃُ وَالْکَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ۔"

Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him said: "Five of the animals not on Muharram in Guetlھn Suite: Raven Alhdoۃ and Scorpio and Alvorۃ and rabies Alakor."

ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِی عَمَّارٍ قَالَ: رَأَیْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ یَرْ مِی غُرَابًا بَالْبَیْدَاءِ وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ۔

On the authority of Ibn Abi Ammar, he said: I saw Ibn Omar see me as a stranger in bed and he is forbidden.

رَأَیْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ یَرْ مِی غُرَابًا بَالْبَیْدَاءِ وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ۔ ← ابْنِ أَبِی عَمَّارٍ

عَنْ رَبِیعَۃَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ الْھَدِیرِ :أَنَّہُ رَأَی عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھُ یُقَرِ دُ بَعِیرًا لَہُ فِی طِینٍ بِالسُّقْیَا، وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ

On the authority of Rabi` ibn Abd Allah, the son of Al-Hader: “Omar Bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, decides that there is a distance from God,”

سَمِعْتُ مَیْمُونَ بْنَ مِھْرَانَ ، قَالَ: کُنْتُ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَسَأَلَہُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ : أَخَذْتُ قَمْلَۃً فَأَلْقَیْتُھَا ثُمَّ طَلَبْتُھَا فَلَمْ أَجِدْھَا۔ فَقَالَ: ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : تَلْکَ ضَالَّۃٌ لا تُبْتَغَی۔

I heard Maimon ibn Mahran, he said: I was with Ibn Abbas and asked a man. He said: I took a lice, and he gave up. He said: Ibn Abbas: That is lost, that you do not seek.

ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ تَلْکَ ضَالَّۃٌ لا تُبْتَغَی۔ ← أَخَذْتُ قَمْلَۃً فَأَلْقَیْتُھَا ثُمَّ طَلَبْتُھَا فَلَمْ أَجِدْھَا۔ ← کُنْتُ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَسَأَلَہُ رَجُلٌ ← مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ،

عَنْ مَیْمُونَ بْنِ مِھْرَانَ قَالَ: جَلَسْتُ إِلَی ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، فَجَلَسَ إِلَیْہِ رَجُلٌ لَمْ أَرَجُلا أَطْوَلَ شَعَرً ا مِنْہُ ۔ أَحْرَمْتُ وَعَلَیَّ ھَذَا الشَّعَرُ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ۔ اشْتَمَلَ عَلَی مَادُونَ الأُذُنَیْنِ مِنْہُ۔ قَالَ: قَبَّلْتُ امْرَأَۃً لَیْسَتْ بِامْرَأَتِی ۔ قَالَ: زَنَی فُوکَ ۔ قَالَ: رَأَیْتُ قَمْلَۃً فَطَرَ حْتُھَا۔ قَالَ: تَلْکَ الضَّالَّۃُ لا تُبْتَغَی ۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ فِی کِتَاب اَخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ، وَالثَّانِیَ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الأَمَالَی ، وَالرَّابعَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ ، وَھُوَ آخِرُ حَدِیثٍ فِیہِ، وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ کِتَابِ مُخْتصَرِ الْحَجِّ الْکَبِیرِ
