عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِینَارٍ، قَالَ: رَأَیْتُ أَبَانًا وَعَطَاءَ بْنِ أَبِی رَبَاحِ:أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ طَافَ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ وَصَلَّی قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ۔أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثِ وَالثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الرِّسَالَۃِ

عَبْدِ الْعَزِیذِ بْنِ الْمَلِکِ بْنِ أَبِی مَحْذُورَۃَ۔۔۔ ← ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، ← أَخْبَرَنَامُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

عَنْ مُجَاھدٍ فِی قَوْلِہِ تَعَلَی:((وَرَفَعْنَالَکَ ذِکْرَکَ( الشرح:) لا أُذْکَرُ إِلا ذُکِرْتَ:أَ شْھَدُ أَنْ لا إِلَہَ إِلا اللہُ وَأَشْھَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللہِ۔أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کَتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ، وَالثَّانِیّ مِنْ کِتَابِ الرِّ سَالَۃِ وَھُو أَوَّلُ حَدِیثِ فِیہِ

عَنْ عَبدِالرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ أَبِی صَعْصَعَۃَ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ:أَنَّ أَنَا سَعِیدٍ الْخُذِیِّ قَالَ لَہُ:إِنِّی أَرَاکَ تُحِبُّ الْغَنَمَ وَالْبَادِیَۃَ، وَإِذاکُنْتَ فِی عَنَمِکَ أَوْ بَادِیَتِکٌ فَأَذَّنْتَ بِالصَّلاۃِ، فَارْفَعْ صَوْتَکَ ، فَإِنَّہُ لا یَسْمَعُ مَدَی صَوْتِکَ جِنٌ وَلا إِنْسٌ وَلا شَیْءً إِلا شَھِدَلَکَ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَۃَ۔ قَالَ أَبُو سَعِیدٍ:سَمِعْتُہُ مِنْ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ۔أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ

سَعِیدٍ الْخُذِیِّ ← أَبِیہِ:أَنَّ ← عَبدِالرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ أَبِی صَعْصَعَۃَ،

عَنْ أَبِی سَعِیدٍ الْخُذرِیِّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((إِذَا سِمِعْتُمُ النِّدَاءَ فَقُولُوا مِثْلَ مَایَقُولُ الْمُوءَذِّنُ))۔

أَنَہُ سَمِعَ مُعَوِیَۃَ، یَقُولُ:سَمِعْتُ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ، یَقُولُ:"إِذَا قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ:أَشْھَدُ أَنْ لا إِلَہَ إِلا اللہُ، قَالَ:أَشْھْدُ أَنْ لا إِلَہَ إِلا اللہُ، وَإِذَا قَالَ:أَشْھَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ،قَالَ:وَأَنَا أَشْھَدُ، ثُمَّ سَکَتَ۔ "

Onہ heard Maoیۃ, says: I heard the Messenger of Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him, says: "If the muezzin: Ohھd said that not Alہ only Allہ, said: Ohھd not Alہ only Allہ, and if he said: Ohھd that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him, He said: I bear witness, and then you keep quiet۔

مُعَوِیَۃَ، یَقُولُ:سَمِعْتُ رَسُولُ اللہُ یَقُولُ:"إِذَا ← أَنَّهُ

سَمِعْتُ مُعَاوِیَۃَ یُحَدِّثُ مِثْلَہُ عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ۔

النَّبِيِّ ← مِثْلَہُ ← مُعَاوِيَةَ،

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ عَلْقَمَۃَ بْنِ وَقَّاصِ، قَالَ:إِنِّی لَعِنْدَ مُعَاوِیَۃَ إِذْ أَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنُہُ، فَقَالَ مُعَاوِیَۃُ کَمَا قَال مُؤذِّنُہُ حَتَّی إِذَا قَالَ:حَیَّ عَلَی الصَّلاۃِ، قَالَ:لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّۃَ إِلا بِاللہِ، فَلَمَّا قَالَ: حَیَّ عَلَی الْفَلاحِ، قَالَ:لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّۃَ إِلا بِاللہِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ بَعْدَ ذَلِکَ مَا قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَقُولُ ذَلِکَ۔أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ

عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ عَلْقَمَۃَ بْنِ وَقَّاصِ، قَالَ:إِنِّی لَعِنْدَ مُعَاوِیَۃَ

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِیُّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاھِیمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ:أَخْبَرَنِی عُمَارَۃُ بْنُ غَزِیَّۃَ، عَنْ حَبِیبِ بْنِ عَبدِالرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، قَالَ:سَمِعَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلا یُؤَذِّنُ لِلْمَغْرِبِ فَقَالَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ مَا قَالَ، قَالَ: فَانْتَھَی النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَی رَجُلِ وَقَدْ قَالَ:قَدْقَامَتِ الصَّلاۃُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:((انْزِلُوا فَصَلُّو الْمَغْرِبَ بِإِقَامَۃِ ذَلِکَ اکْعَبْدِ الأَسْوَدِ))۔أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ

فَانْتَھَی النَّبِیُّ إِلَی رَجُلِ وَقَدْ قَالَ:قَدْقَامَتِ الصَّلاۃُ، ← النَّبِيِّ مِثْلُ مَا ← حَفْصِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، قَالَ:سَمِعَ النَّبِیُّ رَجُلا یُؤَذِّنُ لِلْمَغْرِبِ ← حَبِیبِ بْنِ عَبدِالرَّحْمَنِ ← إِبْرَاھِیمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ:أَخْبَرَنِی عُمَارَۃُ بْنُ غَزِیَّۃَ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، أَنَّ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((الْمُؤَذِّنُونَ أُمَنَاءُ النَّاسِ عَلَی صَلاتِھِمْ))۔ وَذَکَرَمَعَھَا غَیْرَھَا۔أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَۃِ

الْحَسَنِ،

عَنْ عَمْرِ وبْنِ یَحْیَی الْمَازِنِیِّ، عَنْ أَبِیہ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((الأَرْضُ مَسْاْجِدٔ إَلا الْمَقْبَرَۃَ وَالْحَمَّامَ))۔قَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ:وَجَدْتُ ھَذَا الْحَدِیثَ فِی کِتَابِی فِی مَوْضِعَیْنِ أَحَدُھُمَا مُنْقَطِعٌ، وَالاَ خَرُ عَنْ أَبِی سَعِیدٍ الْخُذرِیِّ عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ

أَبِی سَعِیدٍ الْخُذْرِیِّ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ:وَجَدْتُ ھَذَا الْحَدِیثَ فِی کِتَابِی فِی مَوْضِعَیْنِ أَحَدُھُمَا مُنْقَطِعٌ، وَالاَ خَرُ ← أَبِیہ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ قَالَ:((الأَرْضُ مَسْاْجِدٔ إَلا الْمَقْبَرَۃَ وَالْحَمَّامَ))۔ ← عَمْرِ وبْنِ یَحْیَی الْمَازِنِیِّ،

عَبْداللہِ بْنِ مَعْقِلِ، أَوْمُغَقَّلِ، عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:((إِذَا أَدْرکْتُمُ الصَّلاۃَ وَأَنْتُمْ فِی مُرَاحِ الْغَنَمِ فَصَلُّوا فِیھَا، فَإِنَّھَا سَکِنَۃٌ وَبَرَکَۃٌ، وَإِذَا أَدْرَکْتُمَ الصَّلاۃَ وَأَنْتُمِْ فِی أَعْطَانِ الإِبِل، فَاخْرُجُوا مِنْھَا فَصَلوام فَإَ اَجِسنٌ مِنْ جِنَّ خُلِقَتْ، أَلا تَرَوْنَھَا إِذَا نَفَرَتْ کَیْفَ تَشْمَخپ بِأَنْفِھَا))۔أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْوُضُوءِ
