أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ: قُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّا لاقُوا الْعَدُوِّ غَدًا وَلَيْسَتْ مَعَنَا مُدًى أَنُذَكِّي بِاللِّيطِ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا أَنْهَرَ مِنَ الدَّمِ وَذُكِرَ عَلَيْهِ اسْمُ اللَّهِ، فَكُلُوا، إِلا مَا كَانَ مِنْ سِنٍّ أَوْ ظُفُرٍ، فَإِنَّ السِّنَّ عَظْمٌ مِنَ الإِنْسَانِ، وَالظُّفُرُ مُدَى الْحَبَشِ» . أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّيْدِ وَالذَّبَائِحِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ سَعْدِ الْفَلَحَةِ مَوْلَى عُمَرَ، أَوِ ابْنِ سَعْدِ الْفَلَحَةِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: مَا نَصَارَى الْعَرَبِ بِأَهْلِ كِتَابٍ، وَمَا تَحِلُّ لَنَا ذَبَائِحُهُمْ، وَمَا أَنَا بِتَارِكِهُمْ حَتَّى يُسْلِمُوا أَوْ أَضْرِبَ أَعْنَاقَهُمْ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ السَّلْمَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ: لا تَأْكُلُوا ذَبَائِحَ نَصَارَى بَنِي تَغْلِبَ؛ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَتَمَسَّكُوا مِنْ دِينِهِمْ إِلا بِشُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ. أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ سُفْيَانُ أَوْ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ أَوْ هُمَا، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ السَّلْمَانِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: لا تَأْكُلُوا ذَبَائِحَ نَصَارَى الْعَرَبِ بَنِي تَغْلِبَ؛ فَإِنَّهُمْ لَمْ يَتَمَسَّكُوا مِنْ نَصْرَانِيَّتِهِمْ أَوْ مِنْ دِينِهِمْ إِلا بِشُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ. الشَّكُّ مِنَ الشَّافِعِيِّ.

قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: وَالَّذِي يُرْوَى عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي إِحْلالِ ذَبَائِحِهِمْ إِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عِكْرِمَةَ، أَخْبَرَنِيهِ ابْنُ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيِّ وَابْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ ثَوْرٍ الدِّيلِيِّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ ذَبْحِ نَصَارَى الْعَرَبِ، فَقَالَ قَوْلا حَكَى هُوَ إِحْلالُهَا، وَتَلا: {وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ} [المائدة: 51] وَلَكِنَّ صَاحِبَنَا سَكَتَ عَنِ اسْمِ عِكْرِمَةَ، وَثَوْرٌ لَمْ يَلْقَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْجِزْيَةِ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّيْدِ وَالذَّبَائِحِ، وَالرَّابِعَ وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ السَّيْرِ عَلَى سِيَرِ الْوَاقِدِيِّ.
