عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْیُ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:لا أَزَالُ قَاتِلُ النَّاسَ حَتَّی یَقُولُوا:لا إِلا اللہُ فَإِذَا قَالُو الا إِلَہَ إِلا اللہُ فَقَدْ عَصَمُوا مِنِّی دِمَاءَ ھُمْ وَأَمْوَ الَھُمْ إِلا بِحَقِّھَا وَحِسَابُھُمْ عَلَی اللہِ ۔قَالَ أَبَوَبکَّرِ رَضِیَ اللہَ عَنَہَ:ھَذَامِنَ حَقِّھَا لَوَ مَنَعُونِی عِقَالا مِمَّا أَعْطَوْا رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ لَقَالَلْتُھُمْ عَلَیْہِ

عبدِاللهِ بنِ مسعودٍ

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ

عَنْ نَافِعِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ کَانَ یَقُولُ:کُلُّ مَالٍ تُوَْدَّی زَکَاتُہُ فَلَیْسَ بِکَنْزِ وَإِنْ کَانَ مَدْفُونًا، وَکُلُّ مَال لا تُوَْدَّی زَکَاتُہْ فَھُرَ کَنْزٌ وَإِنْ لَمْ یَکُنْ مَدْفُونًا۔أَخْرِجِ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، قَالَ:سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ، یَقُولُ: ((وَالَّذِی نَفْسِی بِیَدِہِ مَامَنْ عَبْدٍ یَتَصَدَّقُ بِصَدَقَۃٍ مِنْ کَسْبٍ طَبّبٍ، وَلا یَقْبَلُ اللہُ إِلا طَیْبَا، وَلا یَصْعَدُ إِلَی اللہِ، إِلا طَیْبٌ إِلا کَأَنَّمَا یَضَعُھَا فِی یَدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَزَّوَجَلَّ فَیُرَبِّھَا لَہُ کَمَا یُرَبِّی أَحَدُکُمْ فَلُوَّہُ حَتَّی إِنَّ اللُّقْمَۃَ نَتَأْتِی یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَۃِ، وَإِنَّھَا لَمِثْلُ الْجَبَلِ الْعَثِیمِ))۔ثُمَّ قَرَأَ:((أَنَّ اللہَ ھُوَ یَقْبَلُ التَّوْیَۃَ عَنْ عِبَادِہِ وَیَأْخُذُ الصَّدَمَاتِ)

اَبَا الْقَاسِمِ ← أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،قَالَ:

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:((مَثَلُ الْمُنْفِقِ وَالْبَخِلِ کَمَثَلِ رَجُلَیْنِ عَلَیْھِمَا جُبْتَانِ أَوْ جُنّتَانِ مِنْ لَدُنْ ثَدْیَیْھِمَا إِلَی تَرَاقِیھِمَا فَإِذَا أَرَادَ الْمُنْفِقُ أَنْ یُنْفِقَ سَبَغَتْ عَلَیْہِ الدِّرْعُ أَوْ مَرَّتْ حَتَّی تُجِنَّ ثِبَابَہُ وَتَعْفُوَأَثَرَہُ، وَإِذَا أَرَادَ الْبِخِیلُ أَنْ یُنْفِقَ قَلصَتْ وَلَزِ مَتْ کُلُّ حَلْقَۃِ مَوْضِعَھَا حَتَّی تَأُ خُذَ بِعُنُقِہِ أَوْ تَرْقُوَتِہِ فَھُوَ یُوَسِّعُھَا وَلا تَتَّسِعُ))۔

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،

َٔخْبَرَنَا سُفْیَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَیْجٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَہُ إِلا أَنَہُ قَالَ:((فَھُوَیُوَسِّعُھَا وَلا تَتَوَسَّعُ))۔أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ))

جريرِ بنِ عبدِاللهِ

عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ یَحْیَی بْنِ حِبَّانَ أَنَہُ قَالَ:أَخْبَرَنِی رَجُلانِ مِنْ أَشْجَعَ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ سَلَمَۃَ الأَنْصَارِیَّ کَانَ یَأْتِیھِمْ مُصَدِّقًا فَیَقُولُ لِرَبِّ الْمَالَ:أَخْرِجْ إِلَیَّ صَدَقَۃَ مَالِکَ، فَلا یَقُودُإِلَیْہِ شَدۃً فِیھَا وَفَاءٌ مِنْ حَقِہِ إِلا قَبِلَھَا۔أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ
