Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنْ أَبِی سَعِیدٍ الْخُذرَیِّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((لَیْسَ فِیمَادُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدِ صَدَقَۃٌ))۔

On the authority of Abu Sa’id Al-Khudhairi, may God be pleased with him: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “There is no five-fifths of Zhamad”

أَبِی سَعِیدٍ الْخُذْرِیِّ،

أَخْبَرَنِی أَبُو سَعِیدٍ الْخُذْرِیِّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((لَیْسَ فِیمَادُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَۃٌ))

Abu Saeed Al-Khadhri, may God be pleased with me, told me: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “There is no depravity”

أَبُو سَعِیدٍ الْخُذْرِیِّ

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِیدٍ الْخُذرِیَّ، یَقُولُ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ :((لَیْسَ فِیمَادُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَۃٌ))۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّلا ثَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ

I heard Abu Saeed Al-Khudhary saying: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “There is no five-day Zimon of Zuqad.” Take the three hadiths out of the Zakat Book

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((لَیْسَ عَلَی الْمُسْلِمِ فِی عَبْدِہِ وَلا فَرَسِہِ صَدَقَۃٌ))۔

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah, may God be pleased with him: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “There is no way for Muslims to be found in any of them.”

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،

َٔخْبَرَنَاابْنُ عُیَیْنَۃَ، عَنْ أَیُوبَ بْنِ مُوسَی، عَنْ مَکْحُولِ، عَنْ سُلَیْمَانَ بْنِ یَسَارٍ، عَنْ عِرَاکِ مَالِکٍ، عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَہُ

النَّبِیِّ مِثْلَہُ ← أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ← عِرَاکِ مَالِکٍ، ← سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، ← مَكْحُولٌ ← أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَی ← َٔخْبَرَنَاابْنُ عُیَیْنَۃَ،

عَنْ عِرَاکِ بْنِ مَالِکِ، عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ مِثْلَہُ مَوْقُوفًا عَلَی أَبِی ھُرَیْرَہَ۔

أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ مِثْلَہُ مَوْقُوفًا عَلَی أَبِی ھُرَیْرَہَ۔ ← عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ

عَنْ عَبْدِاللہِ بْنِ دِینَارٍ، قَالَ:سَأَلْتُ سَعِیدَ بْنَ الْمُسَیِّبِ، عَنْ صَدَقَۃِ الْبَرَاذِینَ، قَالَ:وَھَلْ فِی الْخَبْلِ صَدَقَۃٌ؟ أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَۃَ الأَ حَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ

On the authority of Abdullah Bin Dinar, he said: I asked Saeed bin al-Musayyib, about the charity of the two professors, he said: Is it in the heart? Take out the four hadiths from the Book of Zakat

عَبْدِاللہِ بْنِ دِینَارٍ، قَالَ:سَأَلْتُ سَعِیدَ بْنَ الْمُسَیِّبِ،

عَنْ أَبِی عَمْرِ وبَنِ حِمَاسٍ: أَنَا أَبَاہُ قَالَ:مَرَرْتُ بِعُمَرَبْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ وَعَلَی عُنُقِی آدِمَۃٌ أَحْمِلْھَا،فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: أَلا تُوَدِّی زَکَتَکَ یَا حِمَاسُ؟ فَقُلْتُ: یَا أمِیرَ الْمُؤْمِیِینَ، مَالِی غَیْرُ ھَذِہِ الَّتِی عَلَی ظَھْرِی وَاَھِبۃٌ فِی الْقَرَظِ، فَقَالَ: ذَاکَ مَالٌ فَضَعَ، قَالَ:فَوَضَعْتُھَا بَیْنَ یَدَیْہِ، فَحَسَبَھَا فَوَجَدْتُ قَدْ وَجَبَ فِیھَا الزَّکَاۃُ، افَأَخَذَ مِنْھَا الزَّکَاۃَ

On the authority of Abu Umar and Bin Hammas: I, my father, said: I have passed through the age of the speech. أَبَاہُ قَالَ:مَرَرْتُ بِعُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ وَعَلَی عُنُقِی آدِمَۃٌ أَحْمِلْھَا،فَ ← أَبِی عَمْرِ وبَنِ حِمَاسٍ:

أَخْبَرَنَاسُفْیَانُ بْنُ عُیَیْنَۃَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَجْلان، عَنْ أَبِی الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِی عَمْرِوبْنِ حِمَاسٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ مِثْلَہُ۔

Nafsafan ibn Uyaynah, he said: Ibn Ajlan told us, on the authority of Abi al-Zennad, on the authority of Abi Amroubeen Hamas, on the authority of Abi Ab۔

أَبِیہِ مِثْلَہُ۔ ← أَبِی عَمْرِوبْنِ حِمَاسٍ، ← أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، ← ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، ← أَخْبَرَنَاسُفْیَانُ بْنُ عُیَیْنَۃَ،

عَنْ زُرَیْقِ بْنِ حَکِیمٍ: أَنَّ عُمَرَبْنَ عَبْدِالْعَزِیزِ کَتَبَ إِلَیْہِ: انْظُرْ مَنْ مَرَّبِکَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِینَ فَخُذْمِمَّا ظَھَرَ مِنْ أَمْوَ الِھِمْ مِنَ التِّجَارَاتِ، مِنْ کُلِّ أَرْبَعَینَ دِینَارًا دِینَارًا، فَمَانَقَصَ فَبِحِسَابِ حَتَّی تَبْلُغَ عِشْرِ بنَ دینَارًا فَإِنْ نَقَصَتْ ثُلُثَ دِینَارِ فَدَعْھَا وَلا تَأْخُذْ مِنْھَا شَیْئًا۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّالثَۃَ الأَ حَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ

زُرَیْقِ بْنِ حَکِیمٍ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِالْعَزِیزِ

عَنْ یُو سُفَ بْنِ مَاھَکَ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ،قَالَ:((ابْتَغُوا فِی مَالِ الْیَتِیمِ أَوْ فِی مَالِ الْیَتَامَی لا تُذْھِیُھَا وَلا تَسْتَأُ صِلُھَا الزَّکَاۃُ))

On the authority of Yusuf bin Mahek: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: (Despend in the money of the orphan or when the money is not long)

عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَّاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ قَالَ: کَانَتْ عَائِشَۃُ زَوْجُ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ تَلِینِی أَنَا وَأَخَوَیْنِ لِی یَتِیمَیْنِ فِی حِجْرِھَا فَکَانَتْ تُخْرجُ مَنْ أَمْوَالِنَار الزّکَاۃَ
