3985 - (م) - حدثنا أبي، قال: ثنا أبو نعيم، قال: ثنا عبد الله بن محمد بن جعفر، قال: ثنا أبو العباس أحمد بن محمد البزاز، قال: ثنا عبد الله بن عمر بن أبان، قال: ثنا أبو معاوية، عن عاصم، عن مورق العجلي: عن عبد الله بن جعفر قال: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا قدم من سفر تلقي #83# بصبيان أهل بيته، وأنه قدم مرة من سفر، فسبق بي إليه، فحملني بين يديه، وجيء بأحد ابني فاطمة الحسن أو الحسين، فحمله خلفه، فدخلنا المدينة ونحن ثلاثة على دابة.

3986 - (خ) - حدثنا سليمان، قال: ثنا البرقاني، قال: سمعت الأبندوني يقول: أنبأ محمد بن أحمد بن الربيع بمصر، قال: ثنا يحيى ابن بكير، قال: ثنا الليث، قال: حدثني عقيل، عن ابن شهاب، قال: أخبرني عبد الرحمن بن مالك: أن عبد الله بن كعب بن مالك، وكان قائد كعب من بنيه حين عمي، قال: سمعت كعب بن مالك يحدث حديثه حين تخلف عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في غزوة تبوك، قال: لم أتخلف عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في غزوة غزاها قط إلا في غزوة تبوك، غير أني قد كنت تخلفت عن غزوة بدر ولم يعاتب أحدا تخلف عنها، إنما خرج رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يريد عير قريش حتى جمع الله بينهم وبين عدوهم على غير ميعاد، ولقد شهدت مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ليلة العقبة حين تواثقنا على الإسلام؛ فلا أحب أن لي بها مشهد بدر، وإن كانت بدر أذكر في الناس منها. كان من خبري حين تخلفت عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في غزوة تبوك أني لم أكن قط أقوى ولا أيسر حين تخلفت عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في غزوة تبوك، والله ما اجتمعت عندي قبلها راحلتان #84# قط حتى جمعتهما في تلك الغزاة، ولم يكن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يريد غزوة إلا ورى بغيرها حتى كانت تلك الغزوة؛ غزاها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في حر شديد، واستقبل سفرا بعيدا ومفازا وعدوا كثيرا، فجلى للمسلمين أمرهم؛ ليتأهبوا أهبة عدوهم، فأخبرهم بوجهه الذي يريد، والمسلمون مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كثير، ولا يجمعهم كتاب حافظ -يريد الديوان-. قال كعب: فما رجل يريد أن يتغيب إلا ظن أنه سيخفى له ما لم ينزل فيه وحي من الله، وغزا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم تلك الغزوة حين طابت الثمار والظلال، فتجهز رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم والمسلمون معه، فطفقت أغدو لكي أتجهز معهم، فأرجع ولم أقض شيئا وأقول في نفسي: أنا قادر على ذلك إذا أردته، فلم يزل يتمادى بي حتى اشتد بالناس الجد، فأصبح رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم والمسلمون معه ولم أقض من جهازي شيئا، فقلت: أتجهز بعده بيوم أو يومين ثم ألحقهم، فغدوت بعد أن فصلوا لأتجهز، فرجعت ولم أقض شيئا، ثم غدوت، ثم رجعت ولم أقض شيئا، فلم يزل ذلك يتمادى بي حتى أسرعوا وتفارق الغزو، فهممت أن أرتحل فأدركهم -وليتني فعلت-، فلم يقدر لي ذلك، وكنت إذا خرجت في الناس بعد خروج رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فطفت فيهم أحزنني أني لا أرى إلا رجلا مغموصا عليه للنفاق أو رجلا ممن عذر الله من الضعفاء، ولم يذكرني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حتى بلغ تبوكا، فقال وهو جالس في القوم بتبوك: ((ما فعل كعب؟)) فقال رجل من بني سلمة: يا رسول الله! حبسه برداه ونظره في عطفيه، فقال له معاذ بن جبل: بئس ما قلت؛ والله ما علمنا عليه يا رسول الله إلا خيرا، #85# فسكت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. قال كعب: فلما بلغني أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قد توجه قافلا حضرني همي وطفقت أتذكر الكذب وأقول: بماذا أخرج من سخطه غدا؟ واستعنت على ذلك بكل ذي رأي من أهلي، فلما قيل لي: إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قد أظل قادما زاح عني الباطل وعرفت أني لن أخرج منه بشيء أبدا فيه كذب، فاجتمعت صدقه، وأصبح رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قادما، وكان إذا قدم من سفر بدأ بالمسجد، فركع فيه ركعتين، ثم جلس للناس، فلما فعل ذلك جاءه المخلفون، فطفقوا يعتذرون إليه ويحلفون له، وكانوا بضعة وثمانين رجلا، فقبل منهم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم علانيتهم وبايعهم واستغفر لهم ووكل سرائرهم إلى الله عز وجل، فجئته، فلما سلمت عليه تبسم تبسم المغضب، ثم قال: ((تعال))، فجئت أمشي حتى جلست بين يديه، فقال لي: ((ما خلفك؟ ألم تكن قد ابتعت ظهرك؟)) فقلت: بلى يا رسول الله؛ إني والله لو جلست عند غيرك من أهل الدنيا لرأيت أني سأخرج من سخطه بعذر، ولقد أعطيت جدلا، ولكني والله لقد علمت لئن حدثتك اليوم حديث كذب ترضى به عني ليوشكن الله أن يسخطك علي، ولئن حدثتك حديث صدق تجد علي فيه إني لأرجو عفو الله، لا والله! ما كان لي من عذر، والله ما كنت قط أقوى ولا أيسر مني حين تخلفت عنك، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((أما هذا فقد صدق، فقم حتى يقضي الله فيك))، فقمت، وسار رجال من بني سلمة، فاتبعوني، فقالوا لي: والله ما علمناك كنت أذنبت ذنبا قبل هذا، ولقد عجزت أن لا تكون اعتذرت إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما اعتذر إليه المخلفون، وقد كان كافيك ذنبك #86# استغفار رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لك؟ فوالله ما زالوا يؤنبونني حتى أردت أن أرجع، فأكذب نفسي، ثم قلت لهم: هل لقي هذا معي أحد؟ قالوا: نعم، رجلان قالا مثل ما قلت، فقيل لهما مثل ما قيل لك، فقلت: من هما؟ قالوا: مرارة بن الربيع العامري وهلال بن أمية الواقفي، فذكروا لي رجلين صالحين قد شهدا بدر فيهما أسوة، فمضيت حين ذكرهما لي، ونهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم المسلمين عن كلامنا -أيها الثلاثة- من بين من تخلف عنه، فاجتنبنا الناس وتغيروا لنا حتى تنكرت في نفسي الأرض؛ فما هي التي أعرف، فلبثنا على ذلك خمسين ليلة، فأما صاحباي فاستكانا وقعدا في بيوتهما يبكيان، وأما أنا فكنت أشب القوم وأجلدهم، فكنت أخرج فأشهد الصلاة مع المسلمين، وأطوف في الأسواق ولا يكلمني أحد، وآتي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فأسلم عليه وهو في مجلسه بعد الصلاة، فأقول في نفسي: هل حرك شفتيه برد السلام علي أم لا؟ ثم أصلي قريبا منه، فأسارقه النظر، فإذا أقبلت على صلاتي أقبل إلي، وإذا التفت نحوه أعرض عني، حتى إذا طال علي من جفوة الناس مشيت حتى تسورت جدار حائط أبي قتادة، وهو ابن عمي وأحب الناس إلي، فسلمت عليه؛ فوالله ما رد علي السلام، فقلت: يا أبا قتادة! أنشدك بالله! هل تعلمني أحب الله ورسوله؟ فسكت، فعدت له فنشدته، فقال: الله ورسوله أعلم، ففاضت عيناي وتوليت حتى تسورت الجدار. قال: فبينا أنا أمشي بسوق المدينة إذا نبطي من أنباط أهل الشام ممن قدم بالطعام يبيعه بالمدينة #87# يقول: من يدلني على كعب بن مالك؟ فطفق الناس يشيرون له، حتى إذا جاءني دفع إلي كتابا من ملك غسان، فإذا فيه: أما بعد فإنه قد بلغني أن صاحبك قد جفاك، ولم يجعلك الله بدار هوان ولا مضيعة؛ فالحق بنا نواسك، فقلت لما قرأتها: وهذا أيضا من البلاء، فتيممت بها التنور، فسجرتها، حتى إذا مضت أربعون ليلة من الخمسين إذا رسول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يأتيني، فقال: إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يأمرك أن تعتزل امرأتك، فقلت: أطلقها أم ماذا أفعل؟ قال: لا، بل اعتزلها ولا تقربها، وأرسل إلى صاحبي مثل ذلك، فقلت لامرأتي: الحقي بأهلك، فتكوني عندهم حتى يقضي الله في هذا الأمر. قال كعب: فجاءت امرأة هلال بن أمية رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقالت: يا رسول الله! إن هلال بن أمية شيخ ضائع، ليس له خادم، فهل تكره أن أخدمه؟ قال: ((لا، ولكن لا يقربك))، قالت: إنه والله ما به حركة إلى شيء، والله ما زال يبكي منذ كان من أمره ما كان إلى يومه هذا، فقال لي بعض أهلي: لو استأذنت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في امرأتك كما أذن لامرأة هلال بن أمية أن تخدمه؟ فقلت: لا، والله لا أستأذن فيها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وما يدريني ما يقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا استأذنته فيها، وأنا رجل شاب؟ فلبثت بعد ذلك عشر ليال حتى كملت لنا خمسون ليلة من حين نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن كلامنا، فلما صليت صلاة الصبح صبح خمسين ليلة، وأنا على ظهر بيت من بيوتنا، فبينا أنا جالس على الحال التي ذكر الله عز وجل؛ قد ضاقت علي نفسي، وضاقت علي الأرض بما رحبت سمعت صارخا #88# أوفى على جبل سلع بأعلى صوته: يا كعب بن مالك! أبشر، قال: فخررت ساجدا وعرفت أن قد جاء الفرج، وآذن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بتوبة الله علينا حين صلى صلاة الفجر، فذهب الناس يبشروننا، وذهب قبل صاحبي مبشرون، وركض إلي رجل فرسا وسعى ساع من أسلم، فأوفى على الجبل، وكان الصوت أسرع من الفرس، فلما جاءني الذي سمعت صوته يبشرني نزعت له ثوبي، فكسوتهما إياه ببشراه؛ والله ما أملك غيرهما يومئذ، واستعرت ثوبين، فلبستهما وانطلقت إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فتلقاني الناس فوجا فوجا يهنئونني بالتوبة، يقولون: لتهنك توبة الله عليك، قال كعب: حتى دخلت المسجد، فإذا برسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم جالس حوله الناس، فقام إلي طلحة بن عبيد الله يهرول حتى صافحني وهنأني؛ والله ما قام إلي رجل من المهاجرين غيره، ولا أنساها لطلحة، قال كعب: فلما سلمت على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو يبرق وجهه من السرور: ((أبشر بخير يوم مر عليك منذ ولدتك أمك)) قال: قلت: أمن عندك يا رسول الله أم من عند الله؟ قال: ((لا، بل من عند الله))، وكان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا سر استنار وجهه حتى كأنه قطعة قمر، وكنا نعرف ذلك منه، فلما جلست بين يديه، قلت: يا رسول الله! إن من توبتي أن أنخلع من مالي صدقة إلى الله ورسوله، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((أمسك عليك بعض مالك؛ فهو خير لك))، قلت: فإني أمسك سهمي الذي بخيبر، فقلت: يا رسول الله! إن الله إنما نجاني بالصدق؛ وإن من توبتي ألا أحدث إلا صدقا ما بقيت، فوالله ما أعلم أحدا من المسلمين أبلاه الله في #89# صدق الحديث منذ ذكرت ذلك لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أحسن مما أبلاني، وما تعمدت مذ ذكرت ذلك لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى يومي هذا كذبا، وإني لأرجو أن يحفظني الله فيما بقيت. وأنزل الله تعالى على رسوله: {لقد تاب الله على النبي والمهاجرين والأنصار} إلى قوله: {وكونوا مع الصادقين}؛ فوالله ما أنعم الله علي من نعمة قط بعد أن هداني للإسلام أعظم في نفسي من صدقي لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ألا أكون كذبته، فأهلك كما هلك الذين كذبوه، فإن الله تعالى قال في الذين كذبوه -حين أنزل الوحي- شر ما قال لأحد، فقال: {سيحلفون بالله لكم إذا انقلبتم} إلى قوله: {فإن الله لا يرضى عن القوم الفاسقين}. قال كعب: وكنا تخلفنا -أيها الثلاثة- عن أمر أولئك الذين قبل منهم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حين حلفوا له، فبايعهم واستغفر لهم، وأرجأ رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أمرنا حتى قضى الله فيه، فبذلك قال الله تعالى: {وعلى الثلاثة الذين خلفوا}، وليس الذي ذكر الله مما تخلفنا عن الغزو؛ إنما هو تخليفه إيانا وإرجاؤه أمرنا عمن حلف له واعتذر إليه، فقبل منه.

3987 - (خ، م) - حدثنا ابن أبي عثمان وغيره، قالا: ثنا ابن البيع، #90# قال: ثنا الحسين بن إسماعيل، قال: ثنا حفص الربالي، قال: ثنا يحيى -يعني: القطان-، عن إسماعيل، قال: أخبرني قيس بن أبي حازم، قال: قال لي جرير بن عبد الله: قال لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((ألا تريحني من ذي الخلصة؟)) قال: وكان بيتا في خثعم يسمى: الكعبة اليمانية، قال: فانطلقت في خمسين ومئة فارس من أحمس، قال: وكانوا أصحاب خيل، قال: فأخبرت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أني لا أثبت على الخيل، قال: فضرب في صدري حتى رأيت أثر أصابعه في صدري، وقال: ((اللهم ثبته واجعله هاديا مهديا))، فانطلق إليها، فكسرها وحرقها، ثم أرسل إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يبشره، قال جرير لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: والذي بعثك بالحق! ما جئتك حتى تركتها كأنها جمل أجرب، قال: فبارك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على خيل أحمس ورجالها خمس مرات. وفي رواية مسلم: اسم البشير: حيي بن ربيعة أبو أرطاة. وقال بيان بن بشر، عن قيس: فكسرناه وقتلنا من وجدنا عنده.

3988 - (خ) - حدثنا محمد بن أحمد بن علي، قال: أنا أحمد بن موسى، قال: ثنا إبراهيم بن محمد، قال: ثنا سلم بن عصام، قال: ثنا حوثرة بن محمد، قال: ثنا أبو أسامة، عن إسماعيل: عن قيس، قال: لما قدم جرير اليمن كان بها رجل يستقسم بالأزلام، فقيل له: إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم هاهنا، وإن قدر عليك ضرب عنقك، قال: فبينا هو يضرب بها إذ وقف عليه جرير، فقال: لتكسرنها #91# ولتشهدن أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله، أو لأضربن عنقك، قال: فكسرها وشهد.

3989 - (خ، م) - حدثنا أحمد بن عبد الرحمن وغيره، قالا: ثنا أبو بكر، قال: ثنا محمد بن عمر، قال: ثنا موسى بن هارون، قال: ثنا كامل بن طلحة، قال: ثنا ليث بن سعد، قال: ثنا عقيل، عن ابن شهاب، قال: أخبرني حميد بن عبد الرحمن: أن أبا هريرة قال: بعثني أبو بكر في تلك الحجة في مؤذنين بعثهم يوم النحر يؤذنون بمنى: ألا يحج بعد العام مشرك، ولا يطوف بالبيت عريان. قال حميد: ثم حدث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لعلي بن أبي طالب، فأمره أن يؤذن ببراءة. قال أبو هريرة: فأذن معنا في أهل منى ببراءة: ألا يحج بعد العام مشرك، ولا يطوف بالبيت عريان.

3990 - (خ مختصرا) - حدثنا محمد بن أحمد بن علي، قال: #92# ثنا أحمد بن موسى، قال: ثنا عبد الله بن محمد بن عيسى، قال: ثنا عثمان بن محمد بن بلج البصري، قال: ثنا أبو كريب، قال: ثنا إبراهيم ابن يوسف، عن أبيه، عن أبي إسحاق: عن البراء بن عازب: أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وجه خالد بن الوليد إلى اليمن يدعوهم إلى كتاب الله، ويعرض عليهم الإسلام، فأقام خالد بن الوليد عندهم ستة أشهر لا يجيبونه إلى شيء، قال: فوجه رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم علي بن أبي طالب في إثره، وقال له: ((من أحب أن يقفل من أصحاب خالد فأقفله، ومن أحب المقام معك فليقم))، قال البراء: وكنت فيمن اختار المقام مع علي، قال: وبلغ أهل اليمن قدوم علي بن أبي طالب، قال: فانحشدوا، قال: فأصبح علي، فصلى بنا الصبح وصفنا صفين، واجتمعت همدان، فقرأ عليهم علي كتاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ودعاهم إلى الإسلام، قال: فأسلمت همدان كلها في يوم واحد، فكتب علي إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بإسلام همدان، فلما ورد الكتاب على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم خر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ساجدا، ثم قال: ((السلام عليك يا همدان، السلام عليك يا همدان، السلام عليك يا همدان -ثلاثا- الحمد لله))، فتابع أهل اليمن في الإسلام. وفي رواية: ((من شاء أن يعقب معك فليعقب، ومن شاء فليعجل)) فكنت فيمن عقب، فغنمت أواقي ذات عدد.

3991 - (خ، م) - حدثنا حمد بن أحمد بن عمر، قال: أنا محمد بن أحمد الطاهري، قال: أنا محمد بن عياش، قال: ثنا علي بن حرب، #93# قال: ثنا محمد بن فضيل، عن عمارة بن القعقاع، عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي نعم: عن أبي سعيد الخدري قال: بعث علي إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من اليمن بذهبة في أديم مقروظ لم تحصل من ترابها، فقسمها نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بين أربعة من أصحابه: زيد الخيل والأقرع بن حابس وعيينة بن حصن وعلقمة بن علاثة أو غيره، فوجد في ذلك ناس من أصحابه، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم (([أ] لا تأتمنونني وأنا أمين من في السماء، يأتيني خبر السماء صباحا ومساء؟!))، فقام إليه رجل غائر العينين ناشر الجبهة مشمر الإزار محلوق الرأس، فقال: اتق الله يا رسول الله! فرفع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إليه رأسه وقال: ((ويحك! ألست أحق أهل الأرض أن أتقي الله؟!)) ثم أدبر، فقام إليه خالد بن الوليد، فقال: يا رسول الله! ألا أضرب عنقه؟ قال: ((إنه لعله أن يكون يصلي))، قال خالد: إنه رب مصل يقول بلسانه ما ليس في قلبه، قال: رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((إني لم أؤمر أن أنقب عن قلوب الناس، ولا أشق بطونهم))، ثم نظر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إليه وهو مقف، فقال: ((ها إنه سيخرج من ضئضئ هذا قوم يقرؤون القرآن بألسنتهم لا يجاوز حناجرهم، يمرقون من الدين كما يمرق السهم من الرمية)). وفي رواية: منتشر المنخرين كث اللحية، فقال: اعدل؛ فوالله ما عدلت منذ اليوم، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((أيأمنني الله في السماء، وتتهمونني في الأرض؟!)) فقام إليه خالد، فنهاه أبو بكر. #94# وفي رواية الثوري، عن أبيه، عن ابن أبي نعم: فغضبت قريش والأنصار وقالوا: يعطي صناديد أهل نجد ويدعنا؟! فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((إنما أتألفهم، من يطيع الله إذا عصيته؟! والله لا تجدون أحدا بعدي أعدل عليكم مني)). وقال: ((من الرمية، يقتلون أهل الإسلام ويدعون أهل الأوثان، لئن أنا أدركتهم لأقتلنهم قتل عاد)). وفي رواية: ((ثمود)).

3992 - (خ) - حدثنا محمد بن أحمد بن علي، قال: ثنا أحمد بن موسى، قال: ثنا أبو القاسم، قال: ثنا معاذ، قال: ثنا الحجبي، قال: ثنا أبو عوانة، عن عبد الملك بن عمير: عن أبي بردة قال: بعث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم معاذ بن جبل وأبا موسى الأشعري إلى اليمن، بعث كل واحد منهما على مخلاف، فقال لهما: ((يسرا ولا تعسرا، وبشرا ولا تنفرا))، فانطلق كل واحد منهما في عمله، فكان إذا سار كل واحد منهما في أرضه، فكان قريبا من صاحبه أحدث #95# به عهدا وسلم عليه، قال: فسار معاذ بن جبل، وكان قريبا من أبي موسى، فجاء يسير على بغلته حتى انتهى إليه، وإذا هو جالس وقد اجتمع إليه الناس، فإذا هو برجل عنده وقد جمعت يداه إلى عنقه، فقال: ما للرجل يا عبد الله بن قيس؟ قال: رجل كفر بعد إسلامه، فقال معاذ: ما أنا بنازل حتى يقتل، فقال: انزل؛ فإنما جيء به آنفا، فقال: ما أنا بنازل حتى يقتل، فقتل، ونزل. وفي رواية: فكان لكل واحد منهما فسطاط يزور أحدهما صاحبه.

3994 - (م) - حدثنا أحمد بن خلف، قال: ثنا طاهر بن محمد، قال: ثنا الحسن بن محمد بن حليم، قال: ثنا محمد بن عمرو، قال: أنا ابن أبي شيبة، قال: ثنا حاتم بن إسماعيل: عن جعفر بن محمد، عن أبيه قال: دخلنا على جابر بن عبد الله، #96# فسأل عن القوم حتى انتهى إلي، فقلت: أنا محمد بن علي بن الحسين، فأهوى بيده إلى رأسي، فنزع زري الأعلى، ثم نزع زري الأسفل ووضع يده بين ثديي، وأنا يومئذ غلام شاب، فقال: مرحبا بك يا ابن أخي! سل عما شئت، فسألته، وكان أعمى، فجاء وقت الصلاة، فقام في ساجة ملتحفا بها، كلما وضعها على منكبه رجع طرفها إليه من صغرها، ورداؤه إلى جنبه على المشجب، فصلى بنا، فقلت: أخبرني عن حجة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقال بيده -فعقد تسعا-، قال: إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مكث تسع سنين لم يحج، ثم أذن في الناس في العاشرة: إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حاج، فقدم المدينة بشر كثير، كلهم يلتمس أن يأتم برسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ويعمل مثل عمله، فخرجنا معه حتى أتينا ذا الحليفة، فصلى في المسجد، ثم ركب القصواء، حتى إذا استوت به ناقته على البيداء نظرت إلى مد بصري بين يديه من راكب وماش، وعن يمينه مثل ذلك، وعن يساره مثل ذلك، ومن خلفه مثل ذلك، ورسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بين أظهرنا، وعليه ينزل القرآن، وهو يعلم تأويله، وما عمل به من شيء عملناه، فأهل بالتوحيد: ((لبيك اللهم لبيك، لبيك لا شريك لك لبيك، إن الحمد والنعمة لك والملك، لا شريك لك))، وأهل الناس بهذا الذي يهلون به، ولم يزد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم شيئا فيه، ولزم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم تلبيته. ثم ذكر الباقي في أحكام الحج.

3995 - (خ، م) - حدثنا أحمد بن خلف، قال: ثنا أبو عبد الله، قال: أنبأ عثمان بن أحمد، قال: ثنا أحمد بن عبد الجبار، قال: ثنا عبد الله بن إدريس، عن أبيه، عن قيس بن مسلم: عن طارق بن شهاب، قال: قال يهودي لعمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه: أما إنه لو أن علينا -معشر يهود- أنزلت هذه الآية {اليوم أكملت لكم دينكم وأتممت عليكم نعمتي ورضيت لكم الإسلام دينا} نعلم اليوم الذي نزلت فيه لاتخذنا ذلك اليوم عيدا، فقال عمر: قد علمت الموضع الذي نزلت فيه واليوم والساعة؛ نزلت على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ونحن بعرفة عشية جمعة.

3996 - (خ، م) - حدثنا عبد الوهاب بن محمد، قال: أنا أبي، قال: أنا عبد الله بن يعقوب، قال: ثنا محمد بن أبي يعقوب، قال: ثنا #98# عبد الوهاب الثقفي، عن أيوب، عن محمد بن سيرين: عن ابن أبي بكرة، [عن أبي بكرة]، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ((إن الزمان قد استدار كهيئته يوم خلق الله السموات والأرض، والسنة اثنا عشر شهرا، منها أربعة حرم، ثلاثة متواليات: ذو القعدة، وذو الحجة، والمحرم، ورجب شهر مضر الذي بين جمادى وشعبان))، ثم قال: ((أي شهر هذا؟)) قلنا: الله ورسوله أعلم، قال: فسكت حتى ظننا أنه سيسميه بغير اسمه، قال: ((أليس ذا الحجة؟)) قلنا: بلى، قال: ((فأي بلد هذا؟)) قلنا: الله ورسوله أعلم، قال: فسكت حتى ظننا أنه سيسميه بغير اسمه، قال: ((أليس البلدة؟)) قلنا: بلى، قال: ((فأي يوم هذا؟)) قلنا: الله ورسوله أعلم، قال: فسكت حتى ظننا أنه سيسميه بغير اسمه، قال: ((أليس يوم النحر؟)) قلنا: بلى يا رسول الله، قال: ((فإن دماءكم وأموالكم -قال محمد: وأحسبه قال: وأعراضكم- حرام عليكم؛ كحرمة يومكم هذا، في بلدكم هذا، في شهركم هذا، وستلقون ربكم تعالى، فيسألكم عن أعمالكم؛ فلا ترجعوا بعدي ضلالا يضرب بعضكم رقاب بعض، ألا ليبلغ الشاهد الغائب؛ فلعل بعض من يبلغه يكون أوعى له من بعض من سمعه، ألا هل بلغت؟)). وقال قرة بن خالد، عن محمد بن سيرين: خطبنا يوم النحر وقال: ((لا ترجعوا بعدي كفارا)). وفي رواية ابن عون: قعد على بعيره، وأمسك رجل برأس البعير أو بزمامه. #99# وفي الباب: عن ابن عمر، وابن عباس مختصرا في ذكر حرمة اليوم والبلد والشهر، وقالا: ((لا ترجعوا كفارا)). وفي رواية ابن عباس: فأعادها مرارا، ثم رفع رأسه إلى السماء، فقال: ((اللهم هل بلغت؟ اللهم هل بلغت؟)) ثم قال: فوالذي نفسي بيده! إنها لوصية إلى أمته، فقال ابن عمر: ألا شهر أو يوم أو بلد تعلمونه أعظم حرمة؟ وقال: ((إن الله قد حرم دماءكم وأموالكم وأعراضكم إلا بحقها))، وذكر الحديث، قال: ثم ودع الناس.
