Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنْ أَبِی غَطَفَانَ بْنِ طَرِیفٍ الْمُرِّیِّ: أَنَّہُ أَخْبَرَہُ: أَنَّ أَبَاہُ طَرِیفًا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَۃً وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، فَرَدَّ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ نِکَاحَہُ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنَ الْجُزْ ءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ ، وَإِلَی آخِرِ السَّادِسِ مِنْ بَابِ الشِّغَارِ۔

On the authority of Abi Ghatfan ibn Tarif al-Miri: I told him: The father of an extremist marries a woman, and he is forbidden, for it is forbidden for him. Take the two hadiths out of the second part of the difference of hadeeth, and to the end of the sixth from the door of the slogan۔

أَبِي غَطَفَانَ بْنِ طَرِيفٍ الْمُرِّيُّ، أَنَّهُ

عَنْ سُلَیْمَانَ بْنِ یَسَارٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ أَبَا رَافِعٍ مَوْلا ہُ وَرَ جُلَیْنِ مِنَ الأَنصَارِ فَزَوَّجَاہُ مَیْمُونَۃَ وَالنَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْمَدِینَۃِ۔

Suleiman ibn Yasar that the Messenger of Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him sent Abu Rafi Mola ہ War supporters from Glenn Vzojaہ Mیmonۃ and the Prophet peace and blessings Allہ Alیہ Palmdیnۃ.

سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ،

عَنْ سَعِیدِ بْنِ الْمُسَیِّبِ، قَالَ: وَھِلَ فُلانٌ مَا نَکَحَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مَیْمُونَۃَ إِلا وَھُوَ حَلالٌ۔

On the authority of Sa’id Bin Al-Musayyib, he said: Is there so and so what the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, did not have, except for this?

وَھِلَ فُلانٌ مَا نَکَحَ رَسُولُ اللہِ مَیْمُونَۃَ إِلا وَھُوَ حَلالٌ۔ ← سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ،

أَخْبَرَنِی یَزِیدُ بْنُ الأَصَمِّ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ نَکَحَ مَیْمُونَۃَ وَھُوَ حَلالٌ۔ قَالَ عَمْرٌو: فَقُلْتُ لا بْنِ شِھَابٍ: أَتَجْعَلُ یَزِیدَ بْنَ الأَصَمِّ إِلّی ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ؟۔

May God tell me more than the deaf: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, married Maimouna, and he is permissible. Amr said: So I said, no son of Shihab: do you make more deaf people to Ibn Abbas?

يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ

عَنْ سُلَیْمَانَ بْنِ یَسَارٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ أَبَا رَافِعٍ مَوْلا ہُ وَرَ جُلا مِنَ الأَنصَارِ فَزَوَّجَا ہُ مَیْمُونَۃَ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ وَھُوَ بِالْمَدِینَۃِ قَبْلَ أَنْ یَخْرُجَ۔

سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ،

عَنْ یَزِیدَ بْنِ الأَصَمِّ ، وَھُوَ ابْنُ أَخْتِ مَیْمُونَۃَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ نَکَحَ مَیْمُونَۃَ وَھُوَ حَلالٌ۔

يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ أُخْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ،

عَنْ سَعِیدِ بْنِ الْمُسَیْبِ ، قَالَ : أَوْھَمَ الَّذِی رَوَی أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ نَکَحَ مَیْمُونَۃَ وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ مَانَکَحَھَا رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلا وَھُوَ حَلالٌ۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ ، وَإِلَی آخِرِ السَّادِسِ مِنْ بَابِ الشِّغَارِ

أَوْھَمَ الَّذِی رَوَی ← سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ،

عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَیْجٍ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءً: قُوْلُ اللہِ تَعَالَی:( لا تَقْتُلُوا الصَّیْدَ وَأَنْتُمْ حُرُمٌ وَمَنْ قَتَلَہُ مِنْکُمْ مُتَعَمِّدًا )[ المائدۃ:95] قَالَ: قُلْتُ لَہُ: فَمَنْ قَتَلَہُ خَطَأ أَیَغْرَمُ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ ۔ یُعَظِّمُ بِذَلِکَ حُرُمَاتِ اللہِ وَمَضَتْ بِہِ السُّنَنُ۔

Son of Greg, he said: I said to the tender: the words of the Almighty Allہ :( Do not kill you and fishing campus and Guetlہ of you deliberately) [Almaidۃ: 95] I said: Lہ: It Guetlہ error Oیgrm? He said: Yes۔ He exalts thus the sanctities of God, and the Sunnah passes away۔

ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ،

عَنْ عَمْرِوبْنِ دِینَارٍ، قَالَ: رَأَیْتُ النَّاسَ یَغْرَمُونَ فِی الْخَطَأِ۔

On the dinar of dinar, he said: I saw that people are fined in error۔

رَأَیْتُ النَّاسَ یَغْرَمُونَ فِی الْخَطَأِ۔ ← عَمْرُوبْنُ دِینَارٍ،

عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَیْجٍ، قَالَ: کَانَ مُجَاھِدٌ یَقُولُ: مِنْ قَتَلَہُ مِنْکُمْ مُتَعَمِّدًا غَیْرَ نَاسٍ لِحُرْمِہِ وَلا مُرِیدًا غَیْرَہُ، فَأَخْطَأَ بِہِ فَقَدْ أَحَلَّ، وَلَیْسَتْ لَہُ رَخْصَۃٌ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَہُ نَاسِیًا لِحُرْمِہِ أَوْ أَرَادَ غَیْرَہُ فَأَخْطَأَ بِہِ ، فَذَلِکَ الْعَمْدُ الْمُکَفَّرُ عَلَیْہِ النَّعَمُ۔

كَانَ مُجَاهِدٌ ← ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ،

عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَیْجٍ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ:( فَجَزَاءٌ مِثْلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ النَّعَمِ یَحْکُمُ بِہِ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِنْکُمْ ھَدْیًا بَالِغَ الْکَعْبَۃِ أَوْ کَفَّارَۃٌ طَعَامُ مَسَاکِینَ)[ المائدۃ:95]۔ قَالَ : مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّہُ أَصَابَہُ فِی حَرَمٍ یُرِیدُ الْبَیْتَ کَفَّارَۃُ ذَلِکَ عَنْدَ الْبَیْتِ

On the authority of Ibn Jarijah, he said: I said for a gift: (reward is like what he killed from the blessings of Allah.] He said: For the sake of the fact that you are in a sacred place, he wants the house as infidels, when he is at home.

ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ،

عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِینَارٍ فِی قَوْلِ اللہِ تعَالَی:( فَفِدْیَۃٌ مِنْ صِیَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَۃٍ أَوْ نُسُکٍ)[ البقرۃ:192] لَہُ أَیَّتَہُنَّ شَاءَ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْخَمْسَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ۔

On the authority of Amr Bin Dinar in the words of God Almighty: “Ransom is from fasting, charity, or asceticism” [Al-Quraq: 192] Why do you want it? Take out the five Hadiths from the ritual book
