Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ أَبِی بَکْرٍ: أَنَّ أَصْحَابَ رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدِ مُوا فِی عُمْرَۃِ الْقَضِیَّۃِ مُتَقَلِّدِینَ السُّیُوفَ ، وَھُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ۔ أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الأَمَالِی۔

On the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Bakr: The companions of the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, died in the lifetime of Al-Qudayh Bring the Hajj Book out of my hopes۔

عَنْ إِبْرَاھِیمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ حُنَیْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَالْمِسْوَرَبْنَ مَخْرَمَۃَ اخْتَلَفَا بِالأَبوَا ءِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: یَغْسِلُ الْمُحْرِمُ رَأْسَہُ، وَقَالَ الْمِسْوَرُ: لا یَغْسِلُ الْمُحْرِمُ رَأْسَہُ، فَأَرْسَلَنِی ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ إِلَی أَبِی أَیُّوبَ الأَنصَارِیِّ فَوَجَدْتُہُ یَغْتَسِلُ بَیْنَ الْقَرْنَیْنِ ، وَھُوَ یُسْتَرُبِثَوْبٍ۔ قَالَ : فَسَلَّمْتُ ۔ فَقَالَ: مِنْ ھَذَا؟ فَقُلْتُ: أَنَا عَبْدُ اللہِ ، أَرْسَلَنِی إِلَیْکَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَسْأَلُکَ: کَیْفَ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَغْسِلُ رَأْسَہُ وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ؟ قَالَ: فَوَضَعَ أَبُو أَیُّوبَ یَدَیْہِ عَلَی الثَّوْبِ فَطَأْ طَأَہُ حَتَّی بَدَا لِی رَأْسُہُ ثُمَّ قَالَ لإِنْسَان یَصُبُّ عَلَیْہِ: اصْبُبْ فَصَبَّ عَلَی رَأْسِہِ ثُمَّ حَرَّکَ رَأْسَہُ بِیَدَیْہِ، فَأَقْبَلَ بِھِمَا وَأَدْبَرَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: ھَکَذَا رَأَیْتُہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یَفْعَلُ۔

أَبِيهِ ← إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ حُنَيْنٍ

عَنْ أَبِیہِ یَعْلَی بْنِ أُمَیَّۃَ أَنَّہُ قَالَ: بِیْنَمَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ یَغْتَسِلُ إِلَی بَعِیرٍ وَأَنَا أَسْتُرُ عَلَیْہِ بِثَوْبٍ إِذْ قَالَ لَہُ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ: یَا یَعْلَی ، اصْبُبْ عَلَی رَأْسِی ، فَقُلْتُ: أَمِیرُ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ أَعْلَمُ۔ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ : وَاللہِ مَا یَزِیدُ الْمَاءُ الشَّعَرَ إِلا شَعْثًا فَسَمَّی اللہَ تَعَالَی ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ عَلَی رَأْسَہِ۔

أَسْتُرُ عَلَيْهِ بِثَوْبٍ، إِذْ ← بَيْنَمَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ يَغْتَسِلُ إِلَى بَعِيرٍ، ← أَبِيهِ يَعْلَى بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، أَنَّهُ

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: رُبَّمَا قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ : تَعَالَ أُبَاقِیکَ فِی الْمَا ءِ أَیُّنَا أَطْوَلُ نَفَسًا ، وَنَحْنُ مُحْرِمُونَ

On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: Perhaps Umar Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, said: Come, I will keep you in the water, whether we are better or more.

رُبَّمَا ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّہُ دَخَلَ حَمَّا مًا وَھُوَ بِالْجُحْفَۃِ وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، وَقَالَ: مَا یَعْبَأُ اللہُ بِأَوْسَا خِنَا شَیْئًا ۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّلا ثَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ وَالرَّابِعَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الأَمَالَی۔

It was narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas: He entered a bath while drying, and he is forbidden, and he said: God does not care about anything. Take the third three Hadiths out of the ritual book of the rituals, and the fourth from the Hajj book from the hopes.

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّہُ دَخَلَ حَمَّا مًا وَھُوَ بِالْجُحْفَۃِ وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ،

عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنَّہُ کَانَ إِذَا رَمِدَ ، وَھُوَ محْرِمٌ أَقْطَرَ فِی عَیْنَیْہِ الصَّبِرَ إِقْطَارًا وَأَنَّہُ قَالَ: یَکْتَحِلُ الْمُحْرِمُ بِأَیِّ کُحْلِ إِذَا رَمِدَ مَالَمْ یَکْتَحِلْ بَطِیبٍ وَمِنْ غَیْرِ رَمَدٍ۔ ابْنَ عُمَرَ الْقَائِلُ۔

نَافِعٍ

عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّہُ سُئِلَ أَیشُمُّ الْمُحْرِمُ الرَّیْحَانَا وَالدُّھْنَ وَالطِّیبَ ؟ فَقَالَ : لا أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ۔

On the authority of Jaber: “Who is forbidden to smell the blessed, the sweet and the greasy and the good?” He said: Do not take the two hadiths out of the ritual book

:لا۔أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ ← جَابِرٍ: أَنَّہُ سُئِلَ أَیشُمُّ الْمُحْرِمُ الرَّیْحَانَا وَالدُّھْنَ وَالطِّیبَ

عَنْ أَبَان بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ رَضَیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:(( الْمُحْرِمُ لا یَنْکِحُ وَلا یَخْطُبُ))۔

On the authority of Ibn Uthman, on the authority of Uthman, may God be pleased with him: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “Muharram and No!”

عُثْمَانَ، ← أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ،

عَنْ أَبَان بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أََنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:(( لا یَنْکِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلا یُنْکِحُ وَلا یَخْطُبُ))۔

On the authority of Ibn Uthman, on the authority of Uthman, may God be pleased with him: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “No one should refuse to marry.”

عُثْمَانَ، ← أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ،

عَنْ نُبَیْہِ بْنِ وَھْبٍ أَخِی بَنِی عَبْدِ الدّارِ : أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عُبَیْدِ اللہِ أَرَادَ أَنْ یُزَرِجَ طَلْحَۃَ بْنَ عُمَرَ بِنْتَ شَیْبَۃَ بْنِ جُبَیْرٍ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَی أَبَان بْنِ عُثْمَانَ لِیَحُضُرَ ذَالِکَ وَھُمَا مُحْرِ مَان ، فَأَنْکَرَ ذَالِکَ عَلَیْہِ أَبَانٌ ، وَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ ، یَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ :(( لا یْنْکِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ وَلا یُنْکِحُ وَلا یَخْطُبُ))۔

عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ،

عَنْ أَبَان بْنِ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، عَنِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ مَعْنَاہُ۔

On the authority of Ibn Uthman, on the authority of Uthman, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, the same as with us.

النَّبِیِّ مِثْلَ مَعْنَاہُ۔ ← عُثْمَانَ، ← أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ،

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: لا یَنْکِحُالْمُحْرِمُ وَلا یُنْکِحُ وَلا یَخْطُبُ عَلَی نَفْسِہِ وَلا عَلَی غَیْرِہِ۔

On the authority of Ibn Omar, he said: The Muharram does not marry, nor marry, nor do I preach to himself or to others.۔

لا یَنْکِحُالْمُحْرِمُ وَلا یُنْکِحُ وَلا یَخْطُبُ عَلَی نَفْسِہِ وَلا عَلَی غَیْرِہِ۔ ← ابْنِ عُمَرَ
