أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ. وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ: بَيْعُ التَّمْرِ بِالتَّمْرِ إِلا أَنَّهُ أَرْخَصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا. أَخْرَجَ السَّبْعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ.
