حدثنا محمد ، قال : أخبرنا أبو عبيد قال : ثنا حجاج ، عن ابن جريج ، قال : حدثني ابن شهاب ، عن عطاء بن يزيد ، عن حمران ، عن عثمان ، رضي الله عنه أنه توضأ فأهراق (1) على يديه ثلاث مرات ، ثم ذكر الوضوء ، وقال في آخره : « رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم توضأ نحو وضوئي هذا »

حدثنا محمد ، قال : أخبرنا أبو عبيد قال : ثنا عبد الرحمن ، عن زائدة بن قدامة ، عن خالد بن علقمة ، عن عبد خير ، عن علي ، عليه السلام : أنه توضأ ، فأخذ بيده الإناء ، فأفرغ على يده اليسرى ، حتى فعله ثلاث مرات ، ثم ذكر الوضوء ، وقال في آخره : « هذا طهور نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم »

حدثنا محمد ، قال : أخبرنا أبو عبيد قال : ثنا إسماعيل بن جعفر ، عن محمد بن عمرو ، عن أبي سلمة ، عن أبي هريرة ، قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : « إذا قام أحدكم من النوم ، فليفرغ (1) على يديه من وضوئه ، فإنه لا يدري أين باتت يداه » فقال قين الأشجعي : فإذا جاء مهراسكم (2) هذا فكيف تصنع ، قال : أعوذ بالله من شركم .

حدثنا محمد ، قال : أخبرنا أبو عبيد قال : ثنا معاذ بن معاذ ، عن ابن عون ، عن إبراهيم ، عن قاسم بن محمد ، عن أبي هريرة ، مثله أيضا غير مرفوع . قال أبو عبيد : هذا عندنا هو سنة الوضوء : أنه لا يدخل المتوضأ يده الإناء حتى يغسلها ، وإن كانت نظيفة إنما هذا الاتباع ، فإن ترك ذلك تارك ، ولم يكن على يده قذر ، فإنه لا ينجس الماء ، غير أنه جفاء في الدين ، قال أبو عبيد : والذي نختار : الأخذ بالآثار الأولى ، فنرى غسل اليد على كل حال

حدثنا محمد ، قال : أخبرنا أبو عبيد قال : حدثنا يحيى بن سليم الطائفي ، عن إسماعيل بن كثير ، عن عاصم بن لقيط بن صبرة ، عن أبيه ، قال : قلت : يا رسول الله أخبرني عن الوضوء ، ؟ فقال : « أسبغ (1) الوضوء وخلل (2) بين الأصابع وبالغ (3) في الاستنشاق إلا أن تكون صائما » قال أبو عبيد : أراهم اختلفوا في إسناد هذا الحديث ، وأحسب المحفوظ حديث الليث لأنه أتم إسنادا ، قال أبو عبيد : الأمر المعمول به عندنا : أن لا ينتقص الوضوء من الثلاث للوجه والأعضاء ، لأن الإسناد فيها عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أكيد ، ولقوله في حديث عبد الله بن عمرو عنه : « ومن زاد أو نقص فقد أساء وظلم » ، وإن أخذ رجل بالرخصة ، فاقتصر على اثنين أو واحدة ، أجزأه مع الإسباغ والمبالغة
