حدثنا محمد ، قال : أخبرنا أبو عبيد قال : ثنا علي بن معبد ، عن أبي المليح ، عن الوليد بن زوران ، عن أنس بن مالك ، قال : وضأت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فلما غسل وجهه ، أخذ كفا من ماء فأدخله من تحت لحيته ، فخلل (1) لحيته ، ثم قال : « هكذا أمرني الله » ، أو قال : « هكذا أمرني ربي »

حدثنا محمد ، قال : أخبرنا أبو عبيد قال : ثنا هشيم ، عن يونس ، عن الحسن ، ومغيرة ، عن إبراهيم ، قالا في ذلك : « يكفيه ما مر عليها من الماء إذا غسل وجهه » قال أبو عبيد : والذي عندنا في هذا : الأخذ بالتخليل ، وأن لا يترك على حال الآثار السابقة المرفوعة وغيرها . مع هذا أنه لا ينبغي أن يجعل من فرض الوضوء ، لأن في جعله كذلك لزم أن يغسل أصول الشعر غسلا ، كما يفعله من كان غير ذي لحية ، ثم ينبغي أن يوجب عليه بالتيمم مثل ذلك ، وهذا خلاف ما يعرف المسلمون
