حدثنا الحسن بن عيسى ، أخبرنا ابن المبارك ، أخبرنا يونس ، عن الزهري ، عن السائب بن يزيد ، وعبيد الله بن عبد الله ، أن عبد الرحمن بن عبد قال : سمعت عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه يقول : « من نام عن حزبه أو عن شيء منه فقرأه ما بين صلاة الفجر وصلاة الظهر كتب له كأنما قرأه من الليل » ، حدثنا محمد بن يحيى ، ثنا أبو صالح ، عن الليث ، عن يونس ، عن ابن شهاب ، أخبرني السائب بن يزيد ، وعبيد الله بن عبد الرحمن بن عبد قال : سمعت عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه يقول : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : فذكره . وفي آخر : عن عمر رضي الله عنه : « من فاته حزبه من الليل فقرأه حين تزول الشمس إلى صلاة الظهر كأنه لم يفته أو كأنه أدركه » وفي لفظ : « فليصل به في صلاة قبل الظهر فإنها تعدل صلاة الليل »

حدثنا أبو كامل الجحدري ، ثنا أبو عوانة ، عن قتادة ، عن زرارة بن أوفى ، عن سعد بن هشام ، عن عائشة رضي الله عنها أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم كان « إذا نام من الليل من وجع أو غيره فلم يصل بالليل ، صلى من النهار اثنتي عشرة ركعة »

حدثنا محمد بن إدريس الرازي ، ثنا ذويب بن عمامة بن عمرو السهمي المديني ، ثنا سليمان بن سالم ، عن عبد الرحمن بن حميد ، عن أبيه ، عن جده ، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يقول : « صلاة الفجر من صلاة الليل » وعن علي رضي الله عنه : « من صلى بعد ما يرتفع النهار جدا فإنها تعدل بصلاة الليل » علقمة ، عن عبد الله رضي الله عنه : « ليس شيء من تطوع النهار إلا أربع ركعات قبل الظهر فإنهن يعدلن بمثلهن من صلاة السحر » عبد الله بن أبي بكر بن محمد بن عمرو بن حزم ، عن أبيه ، عن جده : « كان السلف إذا نام أحدهم عن صلاته بالليل صلاها بالهاجرة قبل الزوال » وعن إبراهيم يعني النخعي رحمه الله : « كانوا يشبهون صلاة العشي ما بين الظهر والعصر بصلاة الليل » وعنه : « كان أحدهم إذا بقي عليه من حزبه شيء فنشط قرأه بالنهار أو قرأه في ليلة أخرى وربما زاد أحدهم » شعبة رحمه الله ، عن أبي إسحاق : كان يقال : « صلاة قبل الظهر تعدل بصلاة الليل » ابن سيرين : كان أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم « يستحبون صلاة العشي » عن أنس بن سيرين رحمه الله كان لمحمد بن سيرين سبعة أوراد يقرؤها بالليل فإن فاته شيء من الليل قرأه بالنهار في صلاة « وعن الحسن رضي الله عنه في قول الله هو الذي جعل الليل والنهار خلفة (1) قال : » من عجز بالليل كان له بالنهار مستعتب ، وفي آخر وهو الذي جعل الليل والنهار خلفة (2) قال إن لم يستطع عمل الليل عمله بالنهار وإن لم يستطع عمل النهار عمله بالليل فهذا خلفة لذا « وعنه : » من فاته من الليل شيء كان يقرؤه فلا بأس أن يطيل به في ركعتي الفجر « السدي بن يحيي : سمعت الحسن » لا يرى بأسا يصلي بعد طلوع الفجر أكثر من ركعتين « هشام بن عروة ، عن أبيه : » يقولون لا صلاة بعد الفجر وكذبوا إن بعده لحزبا حسنا ، وكان لايرى بأسا أن يصلي بعد الفجر « إسحاق مولى زائدة : رأيت أبا سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه يصلي بعد الفجر يكثر ، فقلت : رأيت أصحابك إنما يصلون بعد الفجر ركعتين ، فقال : » إني أحب كثرة السجود ويصنع الناس ما شاءوا « حماد ، عن إبراهيم : » إذا طلع الفجر فلا صلاة إلا الركعتين اللتين قبل الفجر ، قلت : أطيل فيهما القراءة ، قال : نعم إن شئت « محمد بن إسحاق : رأيت نافع بن جبير في المسجد بعد طلوع الفجر حتى تقام الصلاة أبو النضر الدمشقي : رأيت سعيد بن عبد العزيز التنوخي يصلي في الفجر حتى تقام الصلاة فبلغني أنه قيل له : يا أبا محمد إنما هو ركعتان ، فقال : » أترى الله يعذبني على الصلاة «
