832 - أخبركم أبو عمر بن حيويه قال : أخبرنا يحيى قال : حدثنا الحسين قال : أخبرنا عبد الله قال : أخبرنا رشدين بن سعد قال : حدثني ابن أنعم ، عن سعد بن مسعود أن عثمان بن مظعون أتى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ، فقال : ائذن لنا بالاختصاء ، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : « ليس منا من خصى (1) ، ولا اختصى ، إن إخصاء (2) أمتي الصيام » ، فقال : يا رسول الله : ايذن لنا في السياحة ، فقال : « إن سياحة أمتي الجهاد في سبيل الله » ، فقال : يا رسول الله ، ائذن لنا في الترهب ، فقال : « إن ترهب أمتي الجلوس في المساجد انتظار الصلاة » __________ (1) الخصاءُ : سلُّ الخصيتين ونزعُهما (2) الإخصاء : قتل الشهوة

833 - أخبركم أبو عمر بن حيويه قال : أخبرنا يحيى قال : حدثنا الحسين قال : أخبرنا عبد الله قال : أخبرنا عبد الله بن الوليد بن عبد الله بن معقل - وهو ابن مقرن المزني - قال : حدثني عون بن عبد الله قال : « أوصى رجل ابنه ، فقال : يا بني ، عليك بتقوى الله ، وإن استطعت أن تكون اليوم خيرا منك أمس ، وغدا خيرا منك اليوم فافعل ، وإذا صليت صلاة فصل صلاة مودع ، وإياك وكثرة تطلب الحاجات ، فإنها فقر حاضر ، وإياك وما يعتذر منه »

834 - أخبركم أبو عمر بن حيويه قال : أخبرنا يحيى قال : حدثنا الحسين قال : أخبرنا عبد الله قال : أخبرنا أيضا - يعني عبد الله بن الوليد بن معقل قال : سمعت عونا يقول : قام أبو الدرداء على درج (1) مسجد دمشق فقال : « يا أهل دمشق ، ألا تسمعون من أخ لكم ناصح ؟ إن من كان قبلكم كانوا يجمعون كثيرا ، ويبنون شديدا ، ويأملون بعيدا ، فأصبح جمعهم بورا ، وبنيانهم قبورا ، وعملهم غرورا » __________ (1) الدرج : الطريق

835 - أخبركم أبو عمر بن حيويه قال : أخبرنا يحيى قال : حدثنا الحسين قال : أخبرنا عبد الله قال : أخبرنا سفيان ، عن منصور ، عن سالم بن أبي الجعد قال : « قال عيسى ابن مريم : اعملوا لله ، ولا تعملوا لبطونكم ، انظروا إلى هذا الطير ؛ تغدو (1) وتروح ، لا تحصد ، ولا تحرث ، والله يرزقها ، فإن قلتم : نحن أعظم بطونا من هذا الطير ، فانظروا إلى هذه الأباقر من الوحش ، والحمر ، فإنها تغدو وتروح ، لا تحرث ، ولا تحصد ، والله يرزقها ، اتقوا فضول الدنيا ، فإن فضول الدنيا عند الله رجز » __________ (1) الغدو : السير والذهاب والتبكير أول النهار

840 - أخبركم أبو عمر بن حيويه قال : أخبرنا يحيى قال : حدثنا الحسين قال : أخبرنا عبد الله قال : أخبرنا هشام بن سعد ، عن قيس بن بشر التغلبي قال : كان أبي جليسا لأبي الدرداء بدمشق ، وكان بدمشق رجل من أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من الأنصار ، يقال له : ابن الحنظلية ، وكان رجلا متوحدا ، قلما يجالس الناس ، إنما هو صلاة ، فإذا انصرف فإنما هو تكبير ، وتسبيح ، وتهليل حتى يأتي منزله ، فمر بنا يوما ونحن عند أبي الدرداء ، فسلم ، فقال أبو الدرداء : كلمة تنفعنا ولا تضرك ، فقال : قال لنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : « إنكم قادمون على إخوانكم ، فأصلحوا لباسكم وأصلحوا رحالكم حتى تكونوا كأنكم شامة (1) في الناس ، إن الله لا يحب الفحش (2) والتفحش (3) » أخرجه أحمد ، وأبو داود من حديث سهل بن الحنظلية قاله الحافظ __________ (1) الشامة والشأمة : العلامة في الجسد وتعرف بالخال ومنه : جميل الخال والقوام (2) الفحش : القبح والخروج عن الحد المعقول في القول أو الفعل والعدوان في الجواب (3) التفحش : تكلُّف القبح وتعمده في القول والفعل
