379 - أخبركم أبو عمر بن حيويه ، وأبو بكر الوراق قالا : أخبرنا يحيى قال : حدثنا الحسين قال : أخبرنا ابن المبارك قال : أخبرنا ابن لهيعة قال : حدثني خالد بن أبي عمران ، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أمسك لسانه طويلا ، ثم أرسله ، ثم قال : « أتخوف عليكم هذا ، رحم الله عبدا قال خيرا وغنم ، أو سكت عن سوء فسلم »

380 - أخبركم أبو عمر بن حيويه ، وأبو بكر الوراق قالا : أخبرنا يحيى قال : حدثنا الحسين قال : أخبرنا ابن المبارك قال : أخبرنا سفيان قال : جاء قوم إلى عمر بن عبد العزيز ليشفع لهم فذكروا قرابتهم ، وقال عمر : « إيه » ، ثم ذكروا حاجتهم ، فقال : « لعل » - أو قال : « لعله » - فذهبوا كأنهم وجدوا (1) في أنفسهم فقضى حاجتهم « __________ (1) الوجد : الغضب ، والحزن والمساءة وأيضا : وَجَدْتُ بِفُلانَة وَجْداً، إذا أحْبَبْتها حُبّا شَديدا.

381 - أخبركم أبو عمر بن حيويه ، وأبو بكر الوراق قالا : أخبرنا يحيى قال : حدثنا الحسين قال : أخبرنا ابن المبارك قال : أخبرنا سفيان ، عن قيس بن مسلم ، عن طارق بن شهاب ، عن ابن مسعود قال : « إن الرجل ليخرج من بيته ومعه دينه ، ثم يرجع وما معه منه شيء ، يأتي الرجل لا يملك له ولا لنفسه ضرا ولا نفعا ، ويقول له : إنك لذيت وذيت ، فيرجع وما حلي من حاجته بشيء ، وقد أسخط (1) الله عليه » __________ (1) أسخط : أغضب

389 - أخبركم أبو عمر بن حيويه ، وأبو بكر الوراق قالا : أخبرنا يحيى قال : حدثنا الحسين قال : أخبرنا ابن المبارك قال : أخبرنا أبو الأشهب جعفر بن حيان ، عن الحسن قال : كانوا يقولون : « إن لسان الحكيم من وراء قلبه ، فإذا أراد أن يقول يرجع إلى قلبه ، فإن كان له قال ، وإن كان عليه أمسك ، وإن الجاهل قلبه في طرف لسانه ، لا يرجع إلى القلب ، فما أتى على لسانه تكلم به » ، وقال أبو الأشهب : كانوا يقولون : « ما عقل دينه من لم يحفظ لسانه »
